The use of shelves ,crisper drawers and freezer drawers :

● The shelves and door racks can be adjusted. You can adjust them base on the size or the quantity of food

which you need to be stored. Small food such as eggs, bottles, canned food etc can be placed on the door racks. Please lift the racks little when taking out the food. Large food can be placed on the shelves. Food should not be place too much or too closed in order to allow air to circulate around each item.

  • Vegetables and fruits should be placed in the vegetable drawer since the best storage temperature of them is 5°C. Vegetables and fruits should be packed before storage, in order to reduce the vapor of food cause frost and energy consuming.
  • Freezer drawers. Frozen food should be packing before storage. It is advisable to cut large food into once edible size and packed separately then place in the freezer drawers. It can reduce exhalation of food and open door cause frost and energy consuming as well as avoid the food going bad because of thaw and refrozen.

Refrigerator Compartment

The refrigerator compartment is for storing the food of need no frozen. And different part in chamber has difference temperature. So different part suit for different kinds of food, as following diagram:

1 Part: it is suitable for store small bottle and eggs etc.
2 Part: it is suitable for store butter and cheese etc.
3 Part: it is suitable for store bottle liquid and canned foods etc.
4 Part: it is suitable for store cake, cooked-food and milk products etc.
5 Part: it is suitable for store sweetmeats and canned foods etc.
6 Part: it is suitable for store fruits, vegetable and salad etc.

Shelf of refrigerator chamber

There are two adjustable shelves in refrigerator chamber, and they can be taken out to clean.

Vegetable drawer

It is suitable for storage of fruits and vegetable.

Cover of vegetable drawer

It is for controlling the temperature of the vegetable drawer and avoiding the vegetable losing moisture.

Door rack

It is suitable for storage of egg, canned liquid, bottled liquid and packed foods etc. Before you take the foods out, please lift up the door rack vertically, and do not place too many heavy things in the rack.

Drain tray

It is for storage and evaporating water of defrosting, please place the tray properly after you take the tray out, otherwise the water would recycle to the compressor and rust, electric shock would occur.

Temperature regulator in refrigerator compartment

Temperature knob

To adjust the temperature of refrigerator and freezer, different figure shows different temperature. At the same room temperature, the bigger of the figure on the knob the lower relative temperature of the compartment, on the contrary, the smaller of the figure on the knob the higher relative temperature it has, "0" means stop working, the user may regulate the location of the knob to control the temperature of the fridge by need.

Note:

Temperature knob should be turned "4"- "6" in winter; temperature knob should be turned to "2"- "4" in summer, if the refrigerator temperature still a little higher, you may turn to a larger figure point.

Usually it can be turned to "3".

When first using this refrigerator you must pay attention to the place of the knob.

How to replace the bulb

  1. Pull the plug off.

Freezer Compartment

It is for freezing and storing frozen foods and making ice cream etc.

Ice tray

It is for making ice, pour cooled boiled water into ice tray up to its 4/5 volume, place it in ice making chamber for two hours and the ice can be made automatically. When you want to take ice tubes, please twist the ice tray, and the ice tubes are separated from the ice tray. But do not bend it, otherwise it will crack. If you want to shorten the time of making ice, you can set the temperature control knob at larger figure point.

Notes

If it takes a long time to make ice, please do not hold the ice tray directly to avoid the ice tray sticking and hurting your hands.

Notes

It is forbidden to store the glass or canned liquid foods, because the volume expands when the foods frozen, glass would crack.

Drawer in freezer compartment

It is for freezing or storing foods. You must cut the big meat into small pieces to avoid hard cutting when cook. The quick-freeze foods must be evenly placed in drawer, and put them together to store after freezing.

Adjustable feet

The feet height can be adjusted to adapt the non level floor. When the refrigerator is moved to a new place, turn the foot to make the refrigerator level.

2. How to place the refrigerator

Good ventilating

For purpose of easy dissipation of heat, high efficiency of refrigeration and low power consumption, a space should be need around the refrigerator. Please keep 100mm of space between the back of the appliance and the wall, 200mm between the side and wall, and the space over the top is not less than 300mm, enough space should be left to opening the door to 160°.

Power supply

The refrigerator is only suitable to single-phase alternating current of 220V\~240V, (50/60±1)Hz. If the fluctuation of voltage in your area is beyond the range of above mentioned, for the safety sake, please add an A.C automatic voltage regulator to the refrigerator. Use an individual socket instead of a common one share with other electric appliances.

Notes:

Its plug must match the socket with ground wire, the socket must be connected according to the diagram.(E earth line, N zero line, L fire line)

Power supply cable

Do not extend or fold the power cord, keep the power cord away from compressor, because the temperature of the compressor surface would rise when works, otherwise the insulation would be weakened and current leakage would occur.

Protection from moisture

Do not locate the refrigerator in moist space to avoid the metal parts rusty. And do not spray water to the refrigerator, otherwise it will weaken the insulation and causes current leakage.

Keep away from heat

Please keep refrigerator away from heating sources and direct sunlight.

Stable placing

Floor which refrigerator placed must be flat and solid, do not place the refrigerator on any soft material such as foam plastic etc. If the refrigerator is not stable, you can adjust the screw of front legs to level your refrigerator, and do not place anything that make echo near the refrigerator.

Keep away from dangerous material

Keep your refrigerator away from any volatile or combustible materials such as gas, petrol, alcohol, lacquer, and banana oil, etc. The above mentioned object should not be stored in refrigerator.

Notes:

It is forbidden to use the refrigerator outdoors.

When fix to move the refrigerator, please do not decline more than 45^ .

Do not touch the frozen foods in freezer chamber with wet hands for the water on your hands may be frozen and suck to the food you touch. Food storage

Please clean the foods, bottles and packed articles before storage. Sweep out the water if any.

  • Avoid buying frozen food if you cannot store it straight away. The use of an insulated container is advisable. When you arrive home place the frozen food in the freezer immediately.
  • Keep the time between buying chilled food and placing it in you fridge as short as possible.
    ● Ensure that food laced in the freezer is dated and labeled and used in date order to ensure that food is consumed at its best.
  • Do not place the foods on the temperature sensor and the inner back wall of the refrigerator.
  • Remove suspect food from your refrigerator and clean, refer to cleaning and maintenance.
  • Radish, banana, pumpkin, onion and canned foods need not be stored in the refrigerator.

Energy Saving Advice

  • Do not install the appliance close to sources of heat, such as a cooker, dishwasher or radiator.
  • Locate the appliance in a cool well ventilated room and make sure that air opening of the cabinet is not obstructed.
    ● Avoid unnecessary frosting in the cabinet by packing all foodstuffs in to airtight packages before placing them in the freezer.
    ● Food which is to be frozen (when cool) should be placed in the fridge before being transferred to the freezer.
    ● Thaw frozen food in the fridge, this will ensure safer defrosting of food and reduce the work of the refrigeration unit.
  • Try to avoid keeping the food open for long periods, or opening the door too frequently as warm air will enter the cabinet, and cause the compressor to switch on unnecessarily offer.
  • Ensure there are no obstructions preventing the door from closing properly.
  • It is advisable to periodically clean the refrigeration system at the back of the appliance with a duster or vacuum cleaner.
  • Hot foods should be cooled down to room temperature before storage; otherwise, it would affect their preservation and increase energy consumption.

4. Reversing the door

This refrigerator can be opened either from the left or right side. If you want to open the door from the other side, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Screw cover 2. Screw 3. Top cover 5. Upper hinge 6. Pin 7. Upper door 8. Mid-hinge 12. Lower door 13. Lower hinge 14. leg regulator 17. Pin 18. leg regulator (H) 19. Upper hinge cover 20. Top cover deck piece 22. Limited block 23. Upper hinge cover(L)

  2. Remove the screw cover(1), remove the screws(2) and the top cover(3) and upper hinge(5), remove the upper door(7).

  3. Remove the mid-hinge(8) and the lower door(12), remember keep the padded surface of the door upwards to prevent the scratching.

  4. Remove the lower hinge(13), leg regulator(H)(18) that on the left side.

  5. Remove the pin(17), and the leg regulator(14) of the lower hinge(13), and then transfer the pin /leg regulator to the opposite side of the lower hinge.

  6. Insert the lower hinge(13) in the left lower side, fix the lower hinge on the cabinet, and fix the leg regulator(H)(18) in the right lower side.

  7. Remove the limited blocks(22) on the bottom-right side of the upper door and lower door, and then fix the limited blocks(22) on the bottom-left side of door.

  8. Remove the pin(20) from the upper hinge, and then transfer it to the opposite side of the upper hinge.

  9. Put the lower door on the lower hinge, keep the door level, then fix the mid-hinge, upper door and upper hinge on the cabinet.

  10. Remove the Upper hinge cover (19) from the top cover, and then transfer the top cover deck piece(20) to the opposite side of the top cover, and fix the upper hinge cover(L) (23) on the left side of the top cover.

  11. Fix the top cover and screw cover.

5. Care and maintenance

Cleaning method

  1. Please wipe the refrigerator with a soft cloth, use warm water or neutral detergent.
  2. Then dry it with another cloth.
  3. In case of especially dirty spots such as glue, oil, you may wipe them with alcohol.
  4. It is advisable to clean your refrigerator once a month.

Maintenance of plastic parts

If the plastic parts in refrigerator are contaminated by oil (animal oil or vegetable oil) for a long time, they will be aged and cracked and smell bad. Therefore, you should get the habit of cleaning it regularly.

Electric parts

Please use the dry cloth to clean the electric parts to avoid electric leakage.

In case of power failure

6. Trouble shooting

When there is something wrong with your refrigerator, please check the following points before asking for repair.

Stopping operation

The refrigerator is under the direct sunshine or near heating source.

The temperature controller is set at the "0" position.

The plug is not inserted correctly.

The ambient temperature is below 10^ C.

Insufficient refrigeration

There are too much foods in the refrigerator and block the airflow.
