Algemeen

This attractive Princess Classic Filter Kettle, one of the products in our Classic range, is constructed from sturdy plastic with a brushed stainless-steel finish. Your kettle can filter and boil water very quickly.

The appliance has a jug fitted with a removable lid with integral Brita Memo, a Brita water filter cartridge, and an external indication of the water level. The Kettle can boil 1 l filtered water or 1.7 l unfiltered water.

The Brita water filter cartridge removes calcium carbonate and other substances, such as chlorine, that affect the smell and taste of your drinking water. In addition, the filter cartridge also reduces the concentration of aluminium, specific heavy metals (such as copper and lead) and certain pesticides that may be present in the water. Moreover organic contaminants will also be filtered out of the water. Consequently, the filter yields optimum freshly filtered water - ideally suited to the preparation of delicious hot and cold drinks, and to cooking delicious meals. The Brita filter also reduces the formation of limescale in your kettle.

The kettle's base is connected to a 220 - 240V mains power supply. The jug can rotate through 360^ on the round base. The power cord can be stored by wrapping it around the convenient lugs on the base.

4 To avoid damage to your kettle, when boiling filtered water always fill the jug

with a minimum of 0.7 l and a maximum of 1 l water.

However, this automatic cutout operates only when the filter-holder's lid is closed securely. If so required, you can stop heating the water by pushing the On/Off switch upwards.
3 The indicator light extinguishes once the jug kettle is switched off.
4 A further quantity of water can be boiled once the appliance has cooled down (after about 5 minutes).
