• After having removed the appliance from its packaging, verify its integrity based on the drawing and any presence of damage

• Do not let children play with the packaging! Keep the plastic bag out of the reach of children - risk of suocation!

• Before connecting the appliance, please make sure that the voltage data indicated on the identication technical data correspond to those of the mains voltage. The identication technical data are found on the appliance (5) and on the power supply (if present).

• This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was designed, namely, as a hair dryer for home use. Any other use is considered not compliant and therefore dangerous.

• When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the appliance is switched o.

• For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA (ideal 10 mA) is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.

You can quickly and easily create your look, suitable for any occasion, with the new Imetec air styler. The versatility of the product will allow you to test your creativity every day. USEFUL TIPS

• The experience you will soon acquire in using your air styler will help you determine how long your hair will take to achieve the desired eect.

• Every time you use the appliance, make sure the hair is clean and without any trace of hairspray, hair mousse or gel.

• Always start from the nape of the neck, proceed on the sides and nish on the forehead.

• When using the styler or while it is heating or cooling, place the appliance on a smooth and heat resistant surface.

11• When creating the hairstyle, be careful not to bring the air styler close to sensitive parts of the face, ears, neck or skin.

• After use, allow the air styler to cool down completely before putting it away.

• Wash the hair as usual and comb it while removing any knots.

• Dry the hair, leaving it slightly damp.

This styler works with air, which means it works according to the same principle of a common hair dryer: the hot air comes out from the main body and passes through the holes of the accessories. When using the styler or while it is heating or cooling, place the appliance on a smooth and heat resistant surface. Choose the desired accessory and apply it as shown in the ILLUSTRATIvE GUIDE. Connect the air styler to the mains.

Use this accessory to create tight curls.

• Take a thin lock of hair between your ngers; the thinner the lock, the tighter the curls.

• Act on the lever of the clamp and insert the tip of hair between the cylinder and the clamp itself.

• Release the clamp and wrap the strand around the tong.

• Switch the air styler on.

• Wait for the lock to dry as desired before removing it from the tong by releasing the clamp.

• Move along the curl with your hands.

Use this accessory to create soft waves and curls.

• Take a thin lock of hair between your ngers, the same width as the brush.

• Wrap the lock of hair around the brush no more than twice.

• Set the air styler at the maximum temperature.

• Wait for the lock to dry as desired before releasing it from the brush.

Use this accessory as a regular brittle brush, which can also be used to revitalize your hair. The hot air creates a natural hairstyle. USE Refer to the illustrative guide of the instructions for use.

Clean the appliance and the accessories with a damp cloth, when necessary. Do not use solvents or other aggressive or abrasive detergents. Otherwise, the surface could be damaged. Check the intake opening of the appliance regularly and remove all hair and dust. the more dust is present in the place where the hair dryer is used, the more often the lter duct must be cleaned.

13DISPOSAL The product is packaged in recyclable materials. Dispose of it in compliance with the environmental protection standards. The appliance must be disposed of in compliance with the provisions of EU standard 2002/96/EC at the end of its life cycle. This regards recycling useful substances in the appliance, which reduces environmental impact. For further information contact the local waste authority or the appliance retailer.
