What to do if the screen remains black and the indicator light does not turn on?

Check that the power cord is properly connected to a working power outlet. Make sure the monitor is not in standby mode (press the On/Standby button on the remote control or front panel). If the problem persists, unplug the cord for one minute, then plug it back in.

How to connect a computer to this monitor?

Use a VGA cable (D-SUB 15-pin) to connect your computer's PC output to the monitor's PC-IN input. For sound, connect a 3.5 mm audio cable from the PC output to the PC Audio input. Then select the PC input by pressing the INPUT key on the remote control several times.

Why is there no sound?

Check that the volume is not muted (silent mode) and that the volume level is sufficient. Make sure external speakers (if used) are properly connected. Also check the audio connections from your external sources. In the Sound menu, adjust bass, treble, and balance.

How to use the PIP (Picture-in-Picture) function?

Press the ON/OFF key on the remote control several times to select PIP1, PIP2, or POP mode. In the Settings > PIP/POP Setting menu, you can choose the main and secondary source (DVI or Network mandatory for secondary image). Use the navigation keys to swap images.

How to clean the LCD screen?

Before cleaning, unplug the monitor from the power outlet. Use a soft, damp cloth (clean water) to gently wipe the screen and housing. Never use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or abrasive products directly on the screen, as they may damage the coating.

The remote control does not work, what to do?

Check that the batteries are inserted correctly (observe + and - polarities) and that they are in good condition (replace if necessary). Make sure the Remote control lock function is not enabled in the Installation mode menu. If so, press and hold the green button on the remote control for 5 seconds to disable the lock.

Why is the image distorted or poorly centered?

Access the PC Adj. menu (if PC source) or Image. Use automatic adjustments (key + in Auto adjustment) to set position, clock, and phase. If the image remains distorted, check that your source resolution is compatible (e.g., 1920x1080). For AV sources, use the image size options (key WIDE).

How to set the timer to turn the screen on or off automatically?

Go to the Time menu. First set the current day and time. Then, in Schedule, select a program number (1-20), set the day, time, action (On or Off), and source (AV1, PC, etc.). Activate the timer by setting Active to Yes.

The message 'No Signal' appears, what to do?

Check that the selected source (AV1, RGB, DVI, PC, etc.) matches the one connected. Make sure the cable is properly connected and the source is on. Try with another cable or source. If the problem persists, perform an Initial setting in the Settings menu (this resets settings except installation mode).

Is this screen suitable for outdoor use?

The monitor complies with IP66 standard, protecting against dust and strong water jets. However, it is not protected against immersion. It can be used outdoors provided it is installed away from direct sunlight (panel temperature could exceed the limit) and within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. In winter, activate Winter Mode in the installation settings to preserve image quality.
