How to install the radiator on the wall?

Drill the holes according to the diagram, insert the wall plugs, attach the brackets, hang the radiator then lock the lever. Make sure the unit is firmly fixed before use.

How to set the time and date?

Press and hold the M button for 3 seconds. The hour flashes, use + and - to adjust, then % to move to minutes and days. Confirm with OK. You can also connect Wi-Fi for automatic synchronization.

How to use the P3 programming?

In P3 mode, hold M for 3 seconds. For each hour, choose the mode (Comfort, Eco, Frost protection) with M, then press ① to go to the next hour. After 24 hours, confirm with OK and move to the next day.

How to connect the radiator to Wi-Fi?

Download the Smart Life app, create an account, then follow the instructions. Enable Bluetooth on your phone for a quick connection. If the Wi-Fi icon flashes, press the corresponding button for 3 seconds to reset.

What to do if the radiator does not heat?

Check that the unit is powered on, that the selected mode is Comfort or another heating mode, and that the set temperature is higher than the room temperature. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

How to lock/unlock the screen?

The screen locks automatically after 1 minute of inactivity. To unlock, press the + and - buttons simultaneously.

How to clean the radiator?

Unplug the unit, let it cool down, then gently wipe with a soft damp cloth. Never use detergents, solvents or water inside.

Can the radiator be used in a bathroom?

Yes, but only in volume 2 or outside volume according to standard NF C 15-100. Do not place the unit directly under a power outlet and respect safety distances.

How to set the open window function?

The function is active by default. If a temperature drop of 2°C within 2 minutes is detected, the radiator automatically stops and the icon flashes. Press any key to restart.

What to do in case of malfunction?

• Connect the two conductors and the pilot wire of the supply cord to a connection box in respecting the following polarities:

Live: Brown
- Neutral: Blue
- Pilot wire: Black

• WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

In the case as of buildings room, a room receiving a bath or a shower and socket-outlets lower or equal to 32 A the circuit corresponding must be protected by a device with differential residual current (RCD) lower or equal to 30mA .

1) Drill holes on the wall according to the instruction inside the box.
Warning: Be sure to keep the safety distances as shown on the above drawing.
2) Fit the fasten tube in the hole and fit the bracket on the wall with screws
3) Hang the unit on the bracket gently, after ensuring the unit is right fixed, turn the lock in the bracket as picture show.

Warning: Before using the heater, make sure it's mounted tightly on the wall.

III. Instructions for use

(+) Increasing; Keep pressing for quick increasing; Forward the hour in 24 hour program setting.
(-) Decreasing; Keep pressing for quick decreasing; Backward the hour in 24 hour program setting.

2/Quick start

Press to turn on the screen, the equipment will work under COMFORT mode, press + - to set the desired temperature.

3/Clock setting:

Pls connect the WiFi with APP firstly, if the WiFi is connected, the clock will be updated automatically.

If the WiFi is not connected, for first using of program, the clock will required setting before use the P1/P2/P3, only when the clock setting is finished, the program can work.

When in clock setting, the hour will twinkle first, press + / - to set the right time (0-23) and press %K to get into minute setting, press + / - to set the right time (0-59) and press %K to get into date setting, press + / - to set the date from 1-7,

press _K^ to finish the date setting.

Clock modification: Long press (36) 3 seconds to modify the clock.

4 / Function setting:

1. （20 3→ Press M to choose the mode or the program;
2. Press (+) to choose the temperature.

Comfort mode: Setting temp. from 5^ to 35^
Eco mode: Setting temp. from 1.5^ to 31.5^ ; 3.5^ less than comfort mode, when you set up the temp. of comfort mode.
Anti-frost mode: Setting 7^ for room temp; Cannot change the temp.

1. Program modification:

It's with factory presetting of the program P1P2P3, this program P3 can get modified according to the requirement of customer.

Press M to choose the program, when program P3 get selected, long press M for 3 seconds to modify the program. P3 LOGO and the fist hour LOGO start to twinkle. Use M to choose the mode for each hour and use + - to move the twinkle hour LOGO till finish 24 hours mode setting. Press OK to confirm the 24 hour setting and turn from Monday program to Tuesday program setting. When finish 7 days setting press OK to confirm and quit.

• means comfort mode;

NOTE: the block against the clock will twinkle when the block against the program is working.

5) Program factory presetting:

P: Same program from Monday to Sunday, custom can not modify the program.

P2: Same program from Monday to Friday and same program from Saturday to Sunday, custom can not modify the program.

6/Countdown timer setting:

Press (%%) , the clock in screen will display 00:00, press (+) to set the desired hours to turn off the heater, press (%%) to confirm the set of timer.

7/Windowsdetectorfunction:

Press to turn on/off the windows function, when the logo display in the screen, it means window function is on.

If temperature goes down, heater will stop working and the window logo is twinkling. When the function is active, a drop in temperature by 2^ in less than 2 minutes, the heater will stop working and the window logo.

Press ( v t) , the heater will go back to former running program, then the windows logo stop twinkling.

8 / Screen lock

No operation for 1 min, keyboard lock automatically.

Press (+) together unlock the keyboard.

S will showed only the unit is heating.

Please note Tuya are constantly developing and upgrading their Apps to make them more user friendly and sometimes, displays may differ slightly to the display shown in this manual due to upgrades.

Select your country code, enter your mobile number and select "Get" to receive a message containing your verification code.

Enter your verification code and select "Login".

When the first using to turn on the heater, the WiFi indicator logo will flash, connect it in the APP.

Reset the WiFi, press (12) for 3 secs, the WiFi indicator logo will flash rapidly, you can now connect within the APP

Quick connection :

Turn on your bluetooth in you mobile phone, then set as following steps.

Press "+" in the right-top position and go to next step

Press "Go to add"

Select 2.4 GHz WiFi Network and enter the password, press next

Wait it's connected and press "Next", the APP will show as below

You can press to modify the name of the product

UI interface :

Temperature correction: Use this function to set the Room Temperature Calibration to the correct room temperature if it is reading incorrect. Select temp calibration and then adjust temperature to current room temperature and select the tick box. The current room temperature is now set.

Note: to calibrate the temperature, pls ensure the heater already worked for more than 1 hour.

Customer can preset usual using way in different situation and name it (can keep 2 quick set).

Weekly program (P7): Set the working time and working temperature for every hour in everyday.

IV. Cleaning & maintenance

• Switch off from the power supply before cleaning.
• Using a soft, moist cloth, with or without a mild soap solution, carefully clean the exterior surface of the product.
• CAUTION: Allow the product to completely cool before handling or cleaning it.
• Do not allow water or other liquids to run into the interior of the product, as this could create a fire and/or electrical hazard.
• We also recommend the periodic cleaning of this appliance by lightly running a vacuum cleaner nozzle over the guards to remove any dust or dirt that may have accumulated inside or on the unit.
• CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surface finish of the plastic components.
