IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance may be used by children aged 8 and over and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they have received supervision or instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance and that they understand the hazards involved.
Children must not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by children, unless they are over 8 years old and are supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children under the age of 8.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote control system.
This appliance is intended for use in domestic and similar applications such as :
- kitchen areas reserved for staff in shops, offices and other professional environments ;
- farms ;
- use by guests in hotels, motels and other residential environments;
- bed and breakfast environments.

Caution, hot surface. Surfaces may become hot during use.
- WARNING : avoid any spillage on the connector.
- The appliance must only be used with its associated base.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Check that your appliance is in perfect condition before use. Do not use it if you notice any anomalies.
- Before plugging in the appliance, check that the supply voltage of your appliance (indicated on the rating label) corresponds to that of your electrical installation. Your appliance must be plugged into an earthed socket.
- Never immerse the appliance or its cord in water or any other liquid.
- Your appliance is intended for domestic use inside your home. Use it according to the instructions in the manual.
- Never use the appliance outdoors. This appliance is for indoor use only.
- Do not use the appliance near sources of heat. Do not place your appliance on a hot surface. Place it on a flat, stable and dry surface.
- Do not move the appliance when it is hot or in use.

Do not use any accessories not supplied with the appliance.
- Never move the appliance by pulling on the cable. Make sure that the power cord cannot be accidentally snagged to prevent the appliance from falling. Avoid wrapping the cord around the appliance and do not twist it.
- Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with hot surfaces or to dangle from your worktop within the reach of small children.
- Never leave your appliance unattended during operation or when connected to the mains supply.
- Always switch off and unplug the appliance after use and before cleaning. Never pull on the cord to unplug the appliance.
- Clean your appliance after it has cooled down completely. Store your appliance in a dry place.
- Always make sure your hands are dry when you use your appliance.
- Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than its intended use as potential injuries can be caused by misuse.
• After use, store the appliance in a dry place. - This product must not be connected to an external timer or remote control system.
- Always pour the milk into the container before switching on the appliance. Never pour milk after the appliance has been switched on.
- Only fill the container with cold milk, respecting the MIN and MAX levels.
Always ensure that the MIN level is respected, never underfill the container.
There are 2 MAX levels. The highest MAX level indicates the maximum milk heating capacity and the lowest MAX level indicates the maximum foaming capacity.
- CAUTION: Take care not to exceed the lower MAX level when frothing milk, as there is a risk of damage if the frothed milk overflows and enters the body of the appliance, which could damage the internal circuit.
- The appliance is fitted with a safety device. If the appliance runs dry, it stops automatically to prevent any damage.
- Do not insert any metal objects into the product. Remove the whisk when the appliance is switched off and unplugged.
- For detailed information on how to clean surfaces in contact with food, please refer to the relevant section of the instructions.
- The appliance is only to be used with the stand provided.
- Heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.

USE
Before using for the first time
- Unpack the appliance and remove any protective covers or stickers. Make sure that every part is in good condition.
- Read the instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
Before using the milk frother for the first time, clean the inside of the container with hot water and a soft cloth or sponge, making sure that the base of the container does not come into contact with the water.
Clean the outside of the appliance with a cloth soaked in hot water.
Wipe the appliance and accessories dry.
- Place the appliance on a heat-resistant surface. Do not place the appliance on an untreated wooden surface.
How it works
- Before pouring cold milk into the container, make sure the milk frother is switched off.
- Pour the cold milk into the container, paying attention to the "MIN" and "MAX" levels. If you just want to heat the milk, you can fill the container to the highest "MAX" level. If you want to froth the milk, fill the container to
the lowest "MAX" level. Do not exceed this lower "MAX" level when frothing milk, otherwise the frothed milk could overflow and enter the body of the appliance, damaging the internal circuit.
- Press the ON/OFF switch (4) to switch on the milk frother.

Press FUNCTION (4) to select one of the following functions :

Press the function button once to froth cold milk without heating it. The light flashes for a few seconds, then stays on without flashing and the milk frother starts to work.
- Press the function button twice to heat and froth the milk to a dense foam. The light flashes for a few seconds, then stays on without flashing and the milk frother starts to work.
- Press the function button three times to heat and froth the milk to a thick foam. The light flashes for a few seconds, then stays on without flashing and the milk frother starts to work.
- Press the function button four times to heat the milk without frothing it. The light flashes for a few seconds, then stays on without flashing and the milk frother starts to work. The whisk turns slowly and does not froth the milk.
- You can stop the machine at any time simply by pressing the ON/OFF button (4).
To prevent the milk from sticking to the sides of the container, rinse the container immediately with cold water after each use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the milk frother, make sure that the appliance is switched off and unplugged and that it has cooled down completely.
Do not immerse the base in water. Avoid splashing water or other liquids onto the base of the container. Do not use abrasive products, solvents or strong detergents to clean the exterior and base of the product, but wipe them with a cloth dampened in lukewarm water. To clean the inside of the appliance, wait until it has cooled down and then rinse it with cold water to remove any residue or impurities.
You can also add 15 cl of cold water with a drop of dishwashing liquid in the milk frother, press the function button twice and let the water foam. After a few seconds, press the ON/OFF button and pour the liquid and rinse with cold water.
SAFETY DEVICE
The safety device is triggered if the appliance is operating without any milk in the container. To prevent overheating, the appliance switches off automatically after a few seconds and cannot be activated until the electric element has cooled down completely.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This product is guaranteed for a period agreed with the distributor from the date of purchase against any defect resulting from faulty workmanship or materials. This guarantee does not cover defects or damage resulting from incorrect installation, incorrect use or abnormal wear and tear of the product.
The appliance must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt, provided it has been handled correctly. Please follow the instructions for use and safety instructions set out above. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee your appliance if you or a third party have carried out modifications or repairs to it.
SELECTIVE COLLECTION OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC WASTE

Under European Directive 2012/19/EU on the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in national law, used electrical products must be collected separately and disposed of at the collection points provided for this purpose. - Make an espresso
- Put 15cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 3 times for a thick foam
- Add the foam to the espresso

Mocha
- Make an espresso
- Put 15cl of whole milk with a teaspoon of cocoa powder in the milk frother and press the function button 2 times for a dense foam
- Add the foam to the espresso
• You can add whipped cream
Café Latte
- Make an espresso
- Put 25cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 2 times for a dense foam
- Add the foam to the espresso
Flat White
• Prepare a double espresso
- Put 25cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 2 times for a dense foam
- Add the foam to the double espresso
Latte Macchiato
- Make an espresso
- Put 30cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 3 times for a thick foam
- Add the espresso gently to the cup
Iced Latte
- Put 4 to 5 ice cubes in a tall glass
• Prepare a double espresso and pour it into the glass - Put 25cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 2 times for a dense foam
• Pour the emulsified milk into the glass
Irish Latte
• Make an espresso with 2cl of Irish Cream liqueur
- Put 15cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 3 times for a thick foam
- Add the foam to the espresso
Coconut Latte
• Prepare an espresso with 2cl coconut liqueur
- Put 15cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 3 times for a thick foam
- Add the foam to the espresso
• You can add coconut shavings and/or cocoa powder
Matcha tea cappuccino
• Prepare a cup of matcha tea with a teaspoon of agave syrup
- Put 20cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 2 times for dense foam
- Add the mousse to the tea
Babycino
- Put 25cl of whole milk in the milk frother and press the function button 2 times for a dense foam
- Add cocoa or cinnamon powder
• You can add marshmallows
Dalgona Coffee
• Prepare a double espresso
- Put 20cl of whole milk and double espresso in the milk frother and press the function button 3 times for a thick foam
Mokaccino
- Make an espresso
- Put 15cl of whole milk with 25g of cocoa powder in the milk frother and press the function button 3 times for a thick foam
