• Unpack the unit. Remove all the labels from the product. Check that it is complete and in a good condition. If the unit is damaged or faulty, do not use it and take it to your retailer or after-sales service centre.
• Keep all packaging out of the reach of children. There is a risk of accidents if children play with packaging materials.

Any other use may damage the unit or cause injury.

Before first use

Fully charge the unit before use for optimal performance.
- Before use, apply oil to the Clipper head. Add one drop of oil to each of the 5 positions indicated in the picture. Wipe off any excess oil with a clean cloth.

Operation

NOTE: The hair clipper can be used as a cordless unit or a mains-powered unit.

• Press the Speed button to turn the unit on and to select the speed: Normal speed Turbo Off
• Turn the Length setting dial clockwise/counterclockwise to adjust blade height (without comb attachments). The Length setting dial is adjustable from 0.8 ~mm to 2.0 ~mm .

Travel lock function:

• To activate the Travel lock function, press and hold the Power button for 3-5 seconds until the travel lock icon is shown in the display.
• To deactivate the Travel lock function, press and hold the Power button for 3-5 seconds until travel lock icon disappears from the display.

Using the unit in mains power mode

• Make sure the clipper is switched Off. Insert the USB Type-C to the charging socket on the bottom of the clipper.
• Connect the USB cable to a suitable power socket.
  The unit will be ready for use in mains power mode.

Charging

• To charge the unit, make sure the unit is switched Off. Connect the USB Type-C connector to the charging socket on the bottom of the unit.
• Connect the USB cable to a suitable power socket.
  The Charge indicator light turns on when the battery is charging.
• When the battery is fully charged the Power display reads 100. Charging time is approximately 3 hours.
• Once fully charged, unplug the USB cable from the power socket and remove the cable from the clipper.

NOTES:

• The product body may be a little hot when unit is in use or charging. This is normal and it will not affect the unit's performance.
  The Charging indicator flashes when the power is lower than 15% .
• When the battery is fully drained, the unit will not turn on immediately when it is plugged to the power socket. Please wait between 1-2 minutes to turn the unit on again.
  If the product is not being use for long periods of time, please ensure the battery is charged at least once every 3 months to keep it in optimal condition.

Warning!

• Do not charge the product if the room temperature is higher than 40^ C or lower than 0^ C .
• Do not charge the unit for more than 6 hours each time. This will reduce the battery life.

Inserting/replacing the comb attachments

• To attach the combs, hold the comb with the teeth up. Insert it into the hair clipper's side groves. Push down until you hear a "click".

• To detach the combs, push the comb upwards with both thumbs.

• Repeat the steps above to change to a different length comb.

Cutting and trimming hair

• Choose a suitable Comb attachment. The length of the cut hair is indicated (in millimetres) on the Comb attachment.
• Insert a suitable Comb attachment.
• Switch the unit on and select the speed.
  Start by trimming small sections at a time.
• Move the clipper slowly along the hair.
• Hold the unit so that the comb attachment lies flat.
• Always start trimming from the neck upwards or from the forehead and temples towards the top of the head.

Clipper Head - Assemble / Disassemble

Removing Clipper head

• To remove the Clipper head, press your thumb against the teeth and push away from the clipper. You may place one hand under the Clipper head to catch it.

Replace Clipper Head

• Turn the Length setting dial to the position 2.0mm . Reposition the protruding part the Clipper head into the bottom edge of the frame on the clipper body, then push the top of the Clipper head towards the clipper until it clicks into place.

Cleaning and maintenance

WARNING!

• Do not immerse the hair clippers in water or any other liquid to clean them, as they are not waterproof.
• Always switch off the hair clippers and unplug the charging cable performing any cleaning or maintenance operations.
• Do not use petrol, alcohol, thinner to clean the product.

• Detach the Comb attachment from the hair clipper and remove the Clipper head.
• If necessary, rinse the plastic Comb attachments under running water and thoroughly dry them.
• Remove any remaining hair from the Clipper head and clipper body with the cleaning brush provided.
• Apply a drop of oil to each of the 5 positions as shown. Wipe off

excess oil with a clean cloth.

• Turn the dial to 2.0 ~mm and replace the Clipper head.
• Wipe the clipper body with a soft cloth moistened with water or soapy water. Dry thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth.
• Store the clipper and its accessories in a safe place. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.

Note: To maintain good performance, the appliance should be cleaned after each use.

Storage

• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the reach of children and pets.
• Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when it is not in use for an extended period of time.
