How to install the LED strip?

Clean and degrease the surface. Remove the protective film from the 3M adhesive and stick the strip by pressing firmly. Plug the USB connector into a USB port or a 5V 1.5A wall charger (not included).

Can the LED strip be cut?

Yes, only at locations marked with a scissors icon (every 2 LEDs). Cutting elsewhere damages the strip and voids the warranty.

How to use the remote control?

Point the remote at the IR receiver on the control box. Use the ON/OFF buttons, color buttons, intensity settings (64 levels) and lighting modes (Flash, Strobe, Fade, Smooth).

What power supply should I use?

The strip operates on 5V DC, 1.5A max (7.5W). You can use a computer USB port, TV USB port, or a suitable USB wall charger (not included).

Is the LED strip waterproof?

It has a resin coating that protects against splashes, but it is not waterproof. Indoor use only.

How to change the color of the strip?

Use the color buttons on the remote: R (red), G (green), B (blue), etc. The W button gives white light. You can also use the automatic modes.

What to do if the remote doesn't work?

Check the remote's battery. Ensure there is no obstacle between the remote and the IR receiver. Point directly at the receiver.

Can I use the strip with a power bank?

Yes, if the power bank provides a USB output of 5V and at least 1.5A (7.5W).

How to clean the LED strip?

Unplug the strip before cleaning. Use a slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive products or solvents.

What if an LED no longer lights up?

The LEDs are not individually replaceable. In case of failure, the entire strip must be replaced. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 years.

This Class III lighting strip is delivered without a supply source, please select the suitable power source with a maximum output of 5V 1.5A, 7.5W max.

Installation procedure

• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
• To reduce the risk of strangulation, the flexible wiring connected to this luminaire shall be effectively fixed to the wall if the wiring is within arm's reach.
• Do not connect the light strip to the supply while it is in the packing.

Please follow the below steps to install your light strip properly.

1. Select a clean and flat surface for the installation of the strip. Make sure the surface is perfectly clean. It must be free of any dirt, dust or grease, otherwise the tape may come off after some time.
2. Remove the 3M protection paper band from the strip and stick the strip carefully on the flat surface.
3. If necessary, cut the part of the strip you may not need. Attention, cut the strip only on specific sections marked by a scissor logo on the strip. Such logo will appear between each series of 2 LED. Never cut the strip on any other location otherwise the strip will be unusable and the warranty will be void. See below the correct location to cut the strip.

1. Connect the USB connector to a USB port on your TV or PC monitor, or to a USB wall charger with SELV (Output: 5VDC, 1,5A Max.; not included).
2. Press the ON button on the remote controller to power ON the light strip.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

You need to point the remote control towards the IR receiver to control the LED strip. If there is an obstacle between the IR receiver and the remote control, it will not work well nor work properly.

Remote control features

1. Press to power ON or to power OFF the LED strip.
2. In fixed color mode: Press to increase or decrease the light intensity (64 levels).
   In light show mode: Press to increase or decrease the color change speed (64 levels).
3. Press any of these keys to select directly the desired fixed color (W is for white color).
4. Light show modes:

FLASH: Flashing colors in this sequence: R>G>B>RG>RB>GB>RGB

STROBE: Flashing colors in this sequence: (RGB)

FADE: Soft fade in this sequence: R>G>B>RG>RB>GB>RGB

SMOOTH: Soft fade in this sequence: R > G > B
