. Warning! Failure to follow the safety and operating instructions may result in a risk of electric shock, fire and/or injury to persons.
Q Warning! Never use a damaged unit! |fthe unit has been exposed to water, dropped, damaged or starts to operate in a significantly different manner, unplug it from the
mains socket and contact an authorised repair service.
+ Never use accessories or parts from another manufacturer, as this will automatically null and void the guarantee and could also damage the unit and/or cause injury. Only use manufacturer- recommended accessories.
° This unit may be used by children aged 8 years and above, persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, and persons with no experience of using OR knowledge of the unit, provided they are properly supervised or receive prior instruction regarding how to safely use the unit and understand the risks involved. The unit must not be moved or connected to the power source by children under the age of 8.
° Children should not play with the unit. User cleaning and maintenance operations must not be performed by unsupervised children.
+ Keep the unit out of the reach of children under 8 years old when it is turned on. The unit should not be left unattended when

connected to the power supply. When not in use, always make
sure that the unit is in the off position "0" and disconnected
from the power supply.
+ Children under the age of 3 should be kept away from the unit and must be constantly supervised if they are in the same vicinity as the unit while it is in use or cooling down after use.
+ Children aged between 3 and 7 years may only switch on/off the unit, provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they are supervised or have received prior instruction regarding how to safely use the unit and understand the risks involved. Children aged between 3 and 7 years must not plug in, adjust, clean or perform maintenance on the unit.
+ Warning! Parts of this unit may become very hot and cause burns. Make sure that children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities are supervised and protected from accidentally burning themselves. In order to avoid any injury or burn, do not touch the heater directly. Use gloves or other suitable means.
* Risk of fire / electrocution! To prevent the risk of fire or electric shock:
- Do not use the heater near a bath, shower or swimming pool. Install the unit at least 1.5 metres away from any water source. Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid. Never expose the unit to running water.
- Do not try to disassemble or repair the unit yourself. In the event of a malfunction, repairs should only be carried out by qualified personnel. The unit contains parts that could give you an electric shock or cause burns.
- Do not place this unit near any flammable materials (such as curtains or furniture) or liquids. Make sure it is positioned away from all sources of potential fire hazards (whether at the front, rear or sides of the unit).
- Do not use the unit in places such as garages or warehouses where dangerous flammable products are stored (e.g. paints, thinners, alcohol etc.].

- Do not use the unit when your hands are wet or you are standing on a wet floor. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Do not place, store or use the unit near any heat sources or open flames, such as a candle. Do not place any liquid-filled objects - e.g. a vase - near the unit.

Place the unit on a stable, flat and dry surface. + Donotinstall or store the unit: - on an uneven surface such as a carpet or unstable surface. - near open flames, such as lit candles. - in a place that may come into direct sunlight. - near heat sources, such as stoves, radiators or gas/electric heaters. - near or on other significant heat-generating equipment. - near electric cables, water pipes or gas pipes. - in places subject to constant vibration. - in dusty or humid environments. - in areas where there are objects near the unit. — below an electrical socket.
+ The unit is only fully disconnected from the power source when unplugged from the electrical socket. The unit must be fully disconnected before assembling/disassembling, moving, storing, cleaning or performing maintenance.
+ Only use this unit for its intended purpose. The unit is not intended for commercial use. This unit has been designed exclusively for household and indoor use.
+ The unit has not been designed to be operated via an external timer or remote control system.

. Warning! This unit is not equipped with a means to control the ambient temperature. Do not use this unit in small rooms or rooms occupied by people unable to leave the
premises unassisted, unless they are constantly supervised. Do not use the unit as a heating device for storage spaces or environments where animals and plants are kept.
+ Warning! This unit is classified as Class I. To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire or injury, it must be connected to a properly earthed mains socket. Do not use an adapter.
+ Before connecting the unit to the power supply, make sure that the power supply's voltage and rated voltage match the power specifications indicated on the unit's rating plate. To avoid any risk of electrocution, only connect plugs that fit correctly and directly into the mains power socket. Only use power sockets that are earthed.
+ Do not use multi-sockets or put other appliances with a high power output on the same circuit.
+ Check the power cable regularly for any visible damage. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced bythe manufacturer, its after-sales service or a similarly qualified person in order to prevent any risks.
+ Always check to make sure the power cable is not crushed or bent. Keep the power cable away from any open flames and hot surfaces, including the unit's body.
+ Position the cable in such a way that it cannot pose a tripping hazard or be stepped on by accident. Do not cover the power cable or place it under a heavy object.
+ Do not use an extension lead as the unit may overheat and become a fire risk.
+ Plug the unit into an easily-accessible power socket. In the event of an emergency, quickly unplug the plug from the power socket to turn the unit off.
+ Do not pull on the power cable to unplug it.
+ Do not open the unit's housing. Do not insert any foreign objects into the unit's housing.

+ Should any objects or liquids get inside the unit, unplug it and contact your authorised repair service.
° The heater is filled with a precise quantity of a specific type of oil. Should the oil Lleak or maintenance work be required that entails opening the oil tank, please contact the manufacturer or its sales service, as these are solely authorised to perform the above-mentioned operations. When disposing ofthe heater, please adhere to the oil-related disposal regulations.
° Turn off and unplug the unit from the mains socket before cleaning it. Then use a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt and dust. Do not use abrasive liquids or corrosive products, as these could damage your unit.
+ The unit must be installed in accordance with local and national regulations.
° The unit and its oil must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
+ The heater should not be positioned immediately underneath a mains socket.
+ Follow the installation instructions provided in this manual regarding how to secure the wheels or feet to the heater.
