TO READ BEFORE USE

  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

  • Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
    Always disconnect the power supply unit if left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

  • Before plugging in the appliance, please check that the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance is in accordance with the main voltage of your home.
  • Unplug the unit when you do you serve over the base.
  • Make sure the base is placed on a sturdy table or other stable surface. Never place the unit on a hot plate.
    This device is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a remote control system.
    This device is intended solely for domestic and indoor use.
    The product must be installed in accordance with the national installation regulations.
  • Never immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
  • Caution! - It's forbidden to pour the ice cream mixture into the machine before it is plugged and the paddle starts to rotate. Otherwise, the paddle will be easy blocked and the motor will be damaged by the bottom freezing ice cream mixture.
    Always unplug the unit before cleaning, if defective in operation and when not in use.

  • Do not place your device on the edge of a table or work surface, it may fall. Make sure nobody can trip over the cord or take tripped.

  • Do not use your device if it is damaged or if the cord is damaged. Take it to a qualified technician.

  • Do not install the appliance on or near a cooking plate or other hot object.

This device is designed only for domestic use.

Install your unit on a flat, stable surface.

  • The device should only be used to make homemade ice cream, jam or iced drinks. It should not be used for other purposes than those intended.

  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  • Do not use it outdoors.

  • Do not expose the ice cream maker to sunlight.

  • Do not attempt to dry the surface moisture by heating the device. When the ice cream maker is in operation, do not put your fingers, kitchen utensils or any other object inside the tank.

  • Do not let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter or let it touch hot surfaces.

This device is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

USING THE APPLIANCE

  1. Before first using, ensure that all packing materials are removed. Take out the freeze bowl ⑤ . Clean it thoroughly and dry surface moisture. Store it in a freezer below -18^ for at least 12 hours. (Shake the freeze bowl to check whether there is liquid moving inside interlayer. If cannot hear any liquid move, it indicates liquid fully frozen. Otherwise, please prolong the freezing time)
  2. Prepare proper amount (proposed 400-500ml) of ice cream mixture as per recipe and store in a fridge for 2 4 hours.

3. Assembly:

1) Take out the freeze bowl (5) from the fridge and assemble it into the base (6) as figure below

2) Unplug and clean the paddle ④ Insert the upper end of the paddle through the top cover ② hole, buckle into the gear hole of control box ① until it click into place. Hear a "click" sound, indicate paddle well assembled as figure below:

3) Place the assembled top cover unit onto the base as figure below, you can find the silkscreen "triangle" marks on the buckle and housing, make sure they are at the same side:

4) Plug in the power cord. LCD light on. The default preset timing is 20 minutes. You can press "Timer" button to change the preset time. Add time in increments of one minute by pressing the "Timer" button, for up to 40 minutes. Working time setting finished, press the "Start / Pause" button, paddle starts to rotate, digital time begins countdown. As figure below:

5) Open the lid, pour the cold ice cream mixture through the pouring hole into the bowl. Close the lid and wait until machine stop rotate. (If you want to reset time during process, press the "Start / Pause" button pause the machine, and then re-press the "Timer" button to set time).

6) Unplug the appliance after use. First pull upright while pressing down the Lock ③ at both sides to remove the top cover unit and then take out the freeze bowl and ice cream as figure below:

LAUNCH:

- Milk Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18^ for at least 12 hours.

Ingredients: 350ml milk, 100ml light milk, 50g sugar, 3 yolks Cooking:

  1. Place yolks, sugar and light cream into a bowl and stir well;
  2. Pour the milk to a saucepan and heat until little bubbles start to appear. Then pour the yolk mixture and stir well to cool down.
  3. Store the mixture into fridge (under freezing function) for 2~4 hours before taking out
  4. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;
  5. 20 40 minutes later, the ice cream is finished.

- Pitaya Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18^ for at least 12 hours.

Ingredients: 300ml milk、100ml light cream、1pc pitaya、50g sugar

Cooking:

  1. Pill and dice the pitaya;
  2. Mix the light cream, milk and sugar in food processor and whisk well;
  3. Add 1/2 pitaya and mix well;
  4. Store the mixture into the fridge (under freezing function) for 2 4 hours before taking out;
  5. Remove the freeze bowl from the freezer and assemble the unit before using;
  6. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;
  7. After about 15 minutes, open the lid, mix the remain pitaya to the freeze bowl for stirring
  8. 20-40 minutes later, the ice cream will be ready.

- Banana Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18^ for at least 12 hours.

Ingredients: 1pc banana, 280ml milk, 100ml light cream, 2 yolks, 15ml lemon juice, 60g sugar

Cooking:

  1. To make fine mixture of banana puree and lemon juice;

  2. Place yolks, sugar and light cream into a bowl and stir well;

  3. Pour the milk to a saucepan and heat until little bubbles start to appear. Then pour the yolk mixture and stir well to cool down;
  4. Add the banana puree to the cold milk mixture and stir well;
  5. Store the mixture into the fridge (under freezing function) for 2 4 hours before taking out;
  6. Remove the freeze bowl from the freezer and assemble the unit before using;
  7. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;
  8. 20 40 minutes later, the ice cream is finished.

- Mango Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18^ C for at least 12 hours

Ingredients: 1 2 pcs mangoes, 350 ml milk, 50 ml light cream, 50 ~g sugar Cooking:

  1. Peel and dice the mango(es);
  2. Mix well milk and sugar into a food processor;
  3. Mix milk and mango dices to mango puree;
  4. Pour light cream to mix well;
  5. Store the mixture into the fridge (under freezing function) for 2 4 hours before taking out;
  6. Remove the freeze bowl from the freezer and assemble the unit before using;
  7. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;
  8. 20 40 minutes later, the ice cream is finished.

- Avocado-Coconut Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18^ for at least 12 hours.

Ingredients: 1 avocado, 350ml coconut milk, 100ml light cream, 80g sugar, 1 teaspoon rum, pinch of salt, a squeeze of fresh lime juice Cooking:

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and put it in a blender or the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Add the coconut milk, light cream, sugar, rum, salt, and lime juice, and puree until completely smooth.
  3. Store the mixture into the fridge (under freezing function) for 2 4 hours before taking out.
  4. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;

  5. 20 40 minutes later, the ice cream is finished. You can add some coconut for garnish.

- Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18^ for at least 12 hours.

Ingredients: 350ml milk, 100ml light milk, 50g sugar, 2 yolks, 1 spoon of vanilla powder

Cooking:

  1. Place yolks, vanilla powder, sugar and light cream into a bowl and stir well;
  2. Pour the milk to a saucepan and heat until little bubbles start to appear. Then pour the yolk mixture and stir well to cool down;
  3. Store the mixture into the fridge (under freezing function) for 2 4 hours before taking out;
  4. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;
  5. 20 40 minutes later, the ice cream is finished.

- Chocolate Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18°C for at least 12 hours. Ingredients: 250ml milk, 100ml light milk, 1 yolk, 50g sugar, 60g chocolate Cooking:

  1. Place yolk, sugar and light cream into a bowl and stir well;
  2. Pour the milk and chocolate to a saucepan and heat until the chocolate is melted and little bubbles start to appear. Then pour the yolk mixture and stir well to cool down;
  3. Store the mixture into the fridge (under freezing function) for 2 4 hours before taking out;
  4. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;
  5. 20 40 minutes later, the ice cream is finished.

- Matcha-ormosia Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18^ for at least 12 hours. Ingredients: 250ml milk, 100ml light milk, 50g sugar, 2 yolks, 20g matcha powder, some ormosia(cooked)

Cooking:

  1. Place yolk, sugar, motcha powder and light cream into a bowl and stir well;

  2. Pour the milk to a saucepan and heat until little bubbles start to appear. Then pour the yolk mixture and put some ormosia(the amount depends on your taste), then stir well to cool down,.

  3. Store the mixture into the fridge (under freezing function) for 2 4 hours before taking out.
  4. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;
  5. 20 40 minutes later, the ice cream is finished.

- Durian Ice Cream

Preparation: Store the freeze bowl in a freezer below -18°C for at least 12 hours. Ingredients: 150g durian, 300ml milk, 120ml light cream, 2 yolks, 70g sugar Cooking:

  1. To make fine mixture of durian puree with some milk;
  2. Place yolks, sugar and light cream into a bowl and stir well;
  3. Pour the milk to a saucepan and heat until little bubbles start to appear. Then pour the yolk mixture and stir well to cool down;
  4. Add the banana puree to the cold milk mixture and stir well;
  5. Store the mixture into the fridge (under freezing function) for 2 4 hours before taking out;
  6. Remove the freeze bowl from the freezer and assemble the unit before using;
  7. Pour the mixture slowly into the machine for stirring;
  8. 20 40 minutes later, the ice cream is finished.

- Tips :

The fresh ice cream is soft, and if you prefer to a hard taste, just store the ice cream and freeze bowl in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Remove the paddle ④ with force from the top cover as figure below:

  1. Pull upright while pressing down the Lock ⑦ to remove the control box ① from the top cover ② as below:

  1. Rinse all other parts except the control box ① , which can only be cleaned with dry cloth.
