PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SAFETY WARNINGS AND THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
Warnings

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;

bed and breakfast type environments.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating.
- The door or the outer surface may get hot when the appliance is operating.
- Do not place the appliance in or near hot gas or electric burner, or permit to touch a heated oven or mini oven.

Caution: Hot Surface.
The surfaces are liable to get hot during use.
Safety Information
- Do not immerse cord, plug, or any part of the appliance in water or other liquids.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- When operating the oven, keep at least 10cm of space on all sides of the oven to allow for adequate air circulation.
- To disconnect, turn the function control knob to the Off position, before removing the plug.
- Unplug from the mains socket when not in use and before cleaning. Always hold the plug, but never pull the cord.
- Allow the appliance to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or food.
- Do not cover any part of the oven with metal or cloth, it may cause overheating of the oven.
- Do not place any item on the oven or cover the oven.
- Use extreme caution when removing tray or disposing of hot grease or other hot liquids.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when in operation.
- Oversized foods or metal utensils cannot be put into the appliance as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
- Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of anything other than qualified metal or qualified ceramics.

Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: plastic, paper, or anything similar.

Do not use any accessories other than manufacturer recommended accessories in this oven.
Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves when inserting or removing items from the hot oven.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. - Do not use outdoors.
- The appliance is for household use only. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
- The glass door is heavy, please hold the handle until the door is completely open, do not let the door fall itself.

This tray is usually placed at the very bottom of the oven to collect any crumbs or pieces that may fall off during a baking or grilling process.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging materials.
Wash all the accessories in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Wipe the inside of the oven with a slightly damp cloth or sponge. Dry with paper towels.
Wipe the outside of oven with a slightly damp cloth. Never immerse the appliance in water.


OPERATION
-
Place the oven on a clean, flat and heat resistant surface.
-
Ensure that there is enough ventilation around the oven.
- Ensure that the oven is completely dry before use.
-
Ensure that the crumb tray is properly installed before use.
The oven should not be placed on untreated wooden surface. -
Plug in the oven.
- Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature from 100^ to 230^ .
- Turn the Rotisserie & Convection knob to the desired position.

- Turn the heat selection knob to the desired position.

6. Turn the timer control knob to the desired cooking time.

120-minute cooking timer

Interior light illumination function
A light is provided inside the oven and will be on when the timer is set.
This facilitates easy viewing of the cooking process inside the oven.
At the end of cooking process, the light will turn off. If you want to check your food without opening the door, turn the timer control knob and the light will turn on again.

- When the cooking time has elapsed, a bell will ring to indicate the cooking cycle has finished.
The power indicator light will go out.
- Before the set cooking time has been reached, you can turn the timer control knob to the 0 position to finish cooking.
NOTE:
- When using the oven for the first time, the oven may produce an odor and emit smoke. The oven is burning off the excess oils in the heating elements and this is normal. After 5 to 10 minutes the smoke will disappear.
- In order to get better cooking performance, it is recommended to pre-heat the oven for 10 to15 minutes.

Grill cooking
- Leave the door at the open point.
- Turn the heat selection knob to GRILL setting and convection setting is recommended.
- Turn the temperature control knob to 230^ C .
- Turn the timer control knob to the desired grill time.
- When the grill cooking is done, turn the timer control knob to the 0 position to turn off the oven.
Using the rotisserie function
IMPORTANT! Make sure the crumb tray is properly installed before use.
- Put one skewer through the pointed end of the spit, making sure the points of skewer face towards the spit's pointed end.
- Insert the spit directly through the center of the food which you want to roast.
- Put the other skewer through the pointed end of the spit, making sure the points of skewer face the spit's square end.
- Put the two skewers into the food, then secure both skewers with the thumbscrews. Make sure the food is centered on the spit.
- Insert the pointed end of the spit into the drive socket, making sure the square end of the spit rests on the spit support.

- Plug in the oven and insert the bake tray at the lower rail.
- Set the temperature control knob to 230^ . Turn the timer control knob to the desired cooking time..
Normally it takes approximately 60 minutes to roast a 2.5kg chicken.
The power indicator light will illuminate.

Set the Rotisserie & Convection knob to the position or , the rotisserie will start rotating.
-
When roasting is completed, turn back the timer control knob to the 0 position.
- After the oven is cooled, place the hooks of the rotisserie handle under the grooves on both sides of the spit. Lift the left side of the spit first, move towards left side a little bit, so that the right side of the spit goes out of the drive socket. Then carefully move out the roasted food from the oven.

- Take the food off the spit.
After use
Turn back the timer control knob to the O position.
Turn the heat selection knob and Rotisserie & Convection knob to the Off positions Unplug the oven from the mains socket.
Wait until the oven is completely cool before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.
Remove hot food carefully to avoid any scald. Always remove food with oven mitts.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Do not immerse the appliance in water. All surfaces can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth.
Use a wet cloth to wipe the inner surface of the oven.
To clean the door, use a wet cloth with detergent or soap.
Wash all the accessories in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Never use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from different types of food, the use of a damp cloth is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food.
Correct food hygiene practices should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross contamination.
Dry all parts and surfaces thoroughly before use.
Make sure that all parts and surfaces are completely dry before plugging in the appliance.
