Close zippers and fasten buttons or hooks; loose belts or ribbons should be tied together.

DARRYTHOMSON THBI1468WD - Graphic Symbol Illustration - 14

  • Place small items such as socks, belts, etc. in a washing bag.

DARRYTHOMSON THBI1468WD - Graphic Symbol Illustration - 15

  • Washing a single big and heavy item such as bath towel, jeans, wadded jacket etc. may unbalance the laundry in the drum. Therefore it is suggested to add one or two more clothes to be washed together so that draining can be done smoothly.

DARRYTHOMSON THBI1468WD - Graphic Symbol Illustration - 16

  • Baby articles (baby clothes, towels and napkins) shall be washed separately. If they are washed together with the adults' clothes, they may be infected. Rinsing times shall be increased to ensure the thorough rinsing and cleaning with no detergent residues left.
  • It is suggested that the items that are easily stained such as white socks, collars and sleeves etc. shall be hand washed before being put into washing machine to achieve more ideal washing effects.
  • The clothes which easily get fuzzed shall be washed separately; otherwise the other articles can be stained with dust and lint particles. Preferably, black clothes and cotton clothes shall be washed separately.
  • Do not wash waterproof materials (ski suits, outside napkin pads, raincoats, umbrella, car covers, sleeping bags, etc.).

It is recommended not to wash fabrics that cannot get soaked easily (such as waterproof cushions and clothes) in the washing machine. Otherwise there will be water bursting out or abnormal vibration to cause danger during rinsing and draining so that the clothes may be damaged.

Detergent tips

The type of detergent you should use is based on the type of fabric (cotton, synthetic, delicate items, wool), colour, washing temperature, degree and type of soiling. Please use "low suds" laundry detergent.

NOTE: Do not add more detergent than needed. Please follow the usage recommendation on the detergent package.

Follow the detergent manufacturer's recommendations based upon the weight of the laundry, the degree of soiling, and the hardness of the water in your area. If you do not know how hard your water is, ask your water authority.

NOTE: Keep detergents and additives in a safe, dry place out of the reach of children.

  • Do not dry any items made from or containing rubber or plastics such as: aprons, bibs and chair covers curtains and table clothes bathmats.
  • The quantity of laundry that can be introduced into the washer dryer must not exceed 8kg .

NOTES :
- The eco 40-60 programme is able to clean normally soiled cotton laundry declared to be washable at 40^ or 60^ , together in the same cycle.
- This programme is used to assess the compliance with the EU ecodesign legislation.
- The most efficient programmes in terms of energy consumption are generally those that perform at lower temperatures and longer duration.
- The wash and dry cycle is able to clean normally soiled cotton laundry declared to be washable at 40^ C or 60^ C , together in the same cycle, and to dry it in such a way that it can be immediately stored in a cupboard, and that this programme is used to assess the compliance with the EU ecodesign legislation.
- Loading the household washing machine up to the capacity indicated by the manufacturer for the respective programmes will contribute to energy and water savings.
- Noise and remaining moisture content are influenced by the spinning speed: the higher the spinning

speed in the spinning phase, the higher the noise and the lower the remaining moisture content.

  • The values given for programmes other than the eco 40-60 programme and the wash and dry cycle are indicative only.
