Check that the base is properly plugged in and the switch is ON. If the problem persists, contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair yourself.
How to descale the KTEMP kettle?

What is the minimum water volume required?
The minimum volume is 0.5 litres. Do not operate the kettle with less water to avoid overheating.
