How do I install the Circle 2 camera?

Download the Logi Circle app, connect the USB cable to power, then follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure your Wi-Fi is enabled and Bluetooth is on. The camera is ready to pair when the LED blinks blue.

What does the blinking red LED mean?

The blinking red light indicates that the camera battery is very low. Plug the camera in via the USB cable to recharge. While charging, the indicator becomes solid orange, then solid green when fully charged.

How do I reset the Circle 2 camera?

Locate the circular reset button on the side of the camera. Press it for 9 seconds, then release when the light ring blinks magenta and green. The camera will restart.

Can I use the Circle 2 camera outdoors?

Yes, Circle 2 can be used outdoors, but it must be brought indoors for charging. It operates between -20°C and 40°C. Be careful not to expose it directly to sunlight to avoid overheating.

How do I mount the camera to a wall or ceiling?

Use the included wall mount. Screw the tabs onto the wall or ceiling with the included screws and anchors. Attach the stand base to the tabs, then mount the camera onto the stand. Adjust the angle. If ceiling mounted, you can flip the image in settings.

How do I flip the video image if the camera is ceiling mounted?

What is the Wi-Fi range for Circle 2?

Range depends on your Wi-Fi network. Circle 2 uses high-speed Wi-Fi. For optimal connection, place the camera within your router's coverage area. If the signal is weak, move it closer or use a Wi-Fi extender.

What should I do if the camera does not connect?

How do I change the battery of Circle 2?

Reset camera steps

Locate the circular reset button on the side of the camera.

Make sure it's in Wi-Fi range

Circle 2 is a Wi-Fi security camera that streams HD video with audio, so it's recommended to be placed in a location that gets the best Wi-Fi reception - even moving the position of your camera a few feet can have a big impact. TIP: try streaming video to help determine optimal placement.

Don't leave it exposed to the sun

Circle 2 is designed to brave the cold and the heat and can operate in day time temperatures between -20°C to 50°C (-4° to 122°F).* However being in direct sunlight can cause the camera to heat up beyond this and impact performance, plus it may create unwanted glare in your videos.

Pick a spot with a clear view

Place Circle 2 anywhere - on shelves, walls, and ceilings. When placing it, make sure it's high enough that it's not easy to tamper with but easy enough to get to when required. Around 7-8 ft (2-2.5 m) works best.

Easy mounting

Screw the bracket onto the wall/ceiling using the included screws and anchors. Snap the base of the mount onto the bracket and then attach the camera to the mount. Adjust the camera to the preferred angle and orientation. When placing it on a ceiling, you can flip the video using the camera menu.

Circle 2 is a video surveillance camera that operates over Wi-Fi. The device performs streaming video and audio transmission in HD format, so it is recommended to install it in an area with good Wi-Fi signal reception. The placement of the camera plays a significant role. To determine the optimal camera placement, try turning on the video transmitter.

Do not expose the camera to direct sunlight

The Circle 2 camera is designed to operate at both high and low temperatures (from -20°C to 50°C). However, exposure to direct sunlight may cause the camera to overheat. This can affect the performance of the device and may also cause image artifacts.

*In night vision mode, the temperature is 40°C

Choose a location with good visibility.

The Circle 2 camera can be placed anywhere - on a shelf, on a wall, it's not heavy. When installing, place the camera at a height so you don't bump into it, but so you can easily reach it if needed. The optimal height is 2-2.5 m.

Simple installation

Using the mounting kit and screws included in the package, attach the mounting bracket to the wall or ceiling. Screw the base of the bracket, then attach the camera to the holder. Set the camera at the desired angle and orientation. If placed on a shelf, you can flip the image and the camera's field of view.
