What to do if the device does not turn on?
Check that the device is properly plugged in and that the water tank is not full (the fill indicator lights up). If the tank is full, drain it. Also ensure that the set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature.
How to clean the air filters?
Unplug the device. Remove the upper and lower filters by gently pulling them out. Wash them with warm water and a mild detergent, rinse, and let dry in the shade before reinstalling. Perform this operation every two weeks.
Why is the device noisier than usual?
Noise may be due to an unstable surface. Place the device on a flat, solid surface. Also check that the casters are not blocked and that the device is level.
How to use the timer?
Press the timer button, then use the Up/Down keys to set the operating time from 1 to 24 hours. The timer only works when the device is powered on.
What to do if the compressor does not start?
The compressor has a 3-minute protection before restarting. Wait this delay after turning on the device. If the problem persists, check that the ambient temperature is not too low.
How to drain the water tank?
When the full tank indicator lights up, the device enters standby. Remove the drain plug located at the back or bottom of the device, empty the water, then replace the plug. Restart the device.
What are the different available modes?
The device offers three modes: Cooling (refrigeration), Dehumidification, and Fan. Select them with the Mode button. In Dehumidification mode, the fan speed is fixed (low) and Sleep mode is not available.
Can I use an extension cord?
It is not recommended to use extension cords or adapters. Plug the device directly into a grounded wall outlet supporting at least 10 amps, in accordance with national standards.
How to store the device at the end of the season?
Empty the water tank, clean the filters, and run the device in fan mode at low speed for half a day to dry the interior. Turn off, unplug, roll up the cable, remove the exhaust hose, place the device in a plastic bag, and store it in a dry place.
What to do if the device does not cool enough?
Check that windows and doors are closed, the air filters are clean, the exhaust hose is not obstructed or bent, and the set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature. Move the device away from heat sources.
