OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Putting into service

To use ORIGAMI, it is first necessary to connect the power cord to the electrical socket using the plug supplied.

On doing this, the device emits two beeps lasting 0.5 seconds and the LEDs at the base of the product will emit a WHITE LIGHT. ORIGAMI is therefore in “Stand-by” mode, i.e. it is powered and waiting for the user to choose between the following 4 heating modes.

The following TOUCH SCREEN commands are used to set the desired heating mode.

To activate one of the two commands, simply touch the icon corresponding to the desired command with your finger. DO NOT PRESS. When one of the switch-on modes is activated, the device will emit a sound lasting approximately one second.

COMFORT mode

Comfort mode is activated using the following procedure:

  • First touch on the 🎨 accensione stand-by icon; this puts the radiator into operation at MINIMUM power and the LED at the base of the product emits a BLUE LIGHT.
  • Second touch on the mode funzioni icon; this puts the radiator into operation at MEDIUM power and the LED at the base of the product emits a YELLOW LIGHT.
  • Third touch on the mode funzioni icon; this puts the radiator into operation at MAXIMUM power and the LED at the base of the product emits a RED LIGHT.

Continuing “TOUCHING” the mode funzioni icon, it automatically switches from one power to the other in the order MINIMUM/Blue- MEDIUM/Yellow- MAXIMUM/Red.

To put the appliance into "Stand-by 1 ", simply touch the

accensione stand-by or mode funzioni icon and the LED will in this case emit a WHITE LIGHT.

To reactivate COMFORT mode, simply “touch” the ⏻ accensione stand-by icon again and the product will switch on again in the same position prior to being put into “Stand-by”.

1 The product remains on but does not emit heat.

2 hr "BOOST" mode

“Boost” mode automatically switches on the product at MAXIMUM power for 2 hours after activation. After this period the device will return to “Stand-by 1 ” mode.

"Boost" mode is activated using the following procedure:

- Keep “touching” the mode funzioni icon for between 3 and 6 seconds, until you hear a SINGLE “BEEP” from the device, confirming proper programming.

During operation in “Boost” mode, the status LED of the device will emit a flashing RED LIGHT.

To exit this mode and put the product into "Stand-by", simply touch the accensione stand-by or mode funzioni icon. In this case, the LED will emit a WHITE LIGHT.

"TIMER_12" switch-on mode

The “Timer_12” mode lets you immediately activate the “Boost” mode for two hours, after which the device will go into “Stand-by 1 ” mode for the following 10 hours 2 and then activate the “Boost” function again.

The "Timer_12" mode is activated using the following procedure:

- Touch the 🎨 accensione stand-by icon once only and then keep “touching” the ⚙ mode funzioni icon for more than 9 seconds, until you hear three consecutive “BEEPS” from the device.

The cyclical nature of the “Timer_12” mode remains active for every day until it is manually deactivated by the user by simply touching the 🎨 accensione stand-by or 🌐 mode funzioni icon.

In this configuration, the status LED will emit a flashing RED LIGHT when “Boost” is in operation and a PURPLE LIGHT during the “Stand-by” period.

2 During the first cycle, the “Stand-by” mode has a duration of 9 hours.

"TIMER_24" switch-on mode

The “Timer_24” mode lets you immediately activate the “Boost” mode for two hours, after which the device will go into “Stand-by 1 ” mode for the following 22 hours 3 and then activate the “Boost” function again.

The "Timer_24" mode is activated using the following procedure:

- Touch the accensione stand-by icon once only and then keep "touching" the icon for between 6 and 9 seconds, until y mode funzioni TWO consecutive "BEEPS" from the device.

The cyclical nature of the "Timer_24" mode remains active for every day until it is manually deactivated by the user by simply touching the accensione stand-by or mode funzioni icon.

In this configuration, the status LED will emit a flashing RED LIGHT when “Boost” is in operation and a PURPLE LIGHT during the “Stand-by” period.

3 During the first cycle, the “Stand-by” mode has a duration of 21 hours.

Practical example of setting "TIMER_24"

I go into the bathroom to take a shower at 8.00 in the morning and the bathroom is cold; I activate "TIMER_24", Origami starts heating at maximum power for the next two hours and then goes into "Stand-by", on the first day, for 21 hours (so until 7.00 am the next day), and then for 22 hours on all other days, until deactivation of the mode set. This means that the next day I can go to take a shower again at 8.00 am but finding the bathroom already warm since Origami, for all days subsequent to activation of the "Timer_24" mode, will switch on from 7.00 am to 9.00 am.
