How to use the SOLAC SH7095 hair dryer?

Plug in the device, select the desired speed and temperature using the settings (7) and (6). Direct the airflow towards your hair. For cold air, press the button (8). After use, set the flow regulator to 0 and unplug.

Can I use the hair dryer in the bathroom?

Yes, but with caution. Do not use it near a bathtub, shower, or sink filled with water. After use, unplug it because proximity to water is dangerous even when off. It is recommended to install a residual current device (RCD) with a rating of 30 mA maximum.

How to clean the hair dryer?

Unplug the device and wait for it to cool down. Use a dry cloth to clean the outside. Clean the air inlet (3) with a small brush, ensuring dirt does not get inside. Do not use solvents or abrasive products.

What to do if the hair dryer suddenly stops?

This is due to the anti-overheating safety system. Turn off the device, unplug it and wait 5 minutes. Check that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked, then turn it back on.

What is the difference between the concentrator and the diffuser?

The concentrator directs the airflow to a specific point (ends, curls) for targeted drying or styling. The diffuser is used to style and add volume to hair by distributing air gently.

How to use the cold air button?

After shaping a curl with a brush and hot air, press the cold air button (8) for 15 to 20 seconds to set the shape. Preferably use with the concentrator.

What does the ionizer of the SH7095 model do?

The ionizer generates a flow of negative ions that reduce frizz and static electricity. It splits water particles into micro-particles to penetrate the hair cuticle, restoring natural hydration and adding shine.

Can the hair dryer be used by children?

No, unless supervised by an adult and they know how to use it. Keep the device out of reach of children and disabled persons without supervision.

• Read these instructions fully before using the appliance.
• This appliance is for domestic use only, not industrial. Any use other than specified could be dangerous.
• Always keep the appliance and its packaging away from children and disabled persons. Maximise caution when using it in their presence.
• Do not allow children or disabled persons to use the appliance unless they know how to use it and are under close supervision.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Overheat protection

This appliance is equipped with a safety system that switches it off in the event of overheating (for example if either the air intake or outlet are blocked). If the appliance switches off during use, unplug it and wait five minutes. Remove the cause of the obstruction, and switch the appliance back on.

3 Ioniser (only model SH7095)

Model SH7095 includes an ioniser which always works when the dryer is operational, regardless of the position selected.

The ioniser developed by SOLAC stands way above current standard ionisers in the market, being capable of generating 7 times as many ions as a regular ioniser.

• SOLAC's exclusive ion technology provides a revolutionary haircare system using the natural energy of ions. This advanced technology is capable of generating an ion flow emitted directly onto the hair, reducing frizz and static electricity caused by heat.

• The natural energy of the ions is capable of splitting the particles of water into micro-particles that penetrate the hair cuticle, restoring its natural balance and moisture. SOLAC ionic activates the metabolism and rejuvenates the hair, which acquires a spectacular shine.

Ion output covered with tourmaline

The ion output of the SH7095 is covered with ionic ceramic (tourmaline) that boosts the action of the ions, providing maximum haircare.

• Tourmaline is a precious stone that possesses incredible ionic and infrared characteristics. This mineral covers the ion outlet achieving unique properties as if it were a magnet, emitting more negative ions and infrared heat directly onto the hair.

4 Use

This appliance is designed for drying, styling and moisturising hair.
Before plugging the appliance into the mains, make sure your hands and the appliance are completely dry.
WARNING: do not use the appliance near water.
Be sure that the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed.

1 If you want, attach the concentrator (10) or the diffuser (11).
2 Plug the appliance into the mains and set the airflow regulator (7) to the desired position: 0 - Off (Fig. A), 1 - minimum speed (fig. B), 2 - maximum speed (fig. C).
3 Set the temperature selector (6) to the desired position:

• • minimum heat (fig. A), - medium heat (fig. B),
• maximum heat (fig. C).

4 Point the appliance to aim the airflow towards the desired area.
5 If you want unheated air, press or slide the cold air button (8) (fig. D).
6 After using the dryer, set the airflow regulator (7) to the 0 position.

Using the concentrator (10)

The directional air concentrator (10) allows you to point the airflow at a specific point (points, curls, etc.).

Use of the concentrator (10) is recommended for drying or styling localised areas of your hair, especially when using a comb or curlers.

1 Attach the concentrator to the dryer.
2 Switch the dryer on and point the airflow at the desired area.

Using the diffuser (11)

The diffuser is useful for shaping and giving volume to the hairstyle.

1 After removing excess water with the dryer, apply styling mousse all over your hair.
2 Attach the diffuser (11) to the dryer.
3 Tilt your head to one side and point the dryer-diffuser upwards. Start drying from the back, since this area takes longer to dry than the front.
4 As you dry locks of your hair, switch off the dryer and massage the lock in your hand until it cools down. Repeat this operation until all the locks are dry.
5 Finish off with a gentle circular massage using the fingers of the diffuser, which will give volume to the roots.

Using the cold air button (8)

This function is suitable for shaping the hair using a brush. It is advisable to use the concentrator (10).

1 Roll the lock of hair around the brush to form a curl and apply hot air using the dryer.
2 After shaping the curl, apply cold air for 15 or 20 seconds, pressing the cold air button (8).

5 Cleaning and Storage

Only clean the appliance when it is cold. Do not use any solvents, detergents or abrasive products.

1 Unplug the appliance.
2 Use a dry cloth.
3 Clean the air intake (3) using a small brush, ensuring that no dirt gets into the dryer.
