By pressing again, the remaining levels can be selected. You can then press start/pause to start the cooking process.

At this point, the preheating function can be cancelled by pressing the programme selector icon. The time and temperature can be adjusted by pressing the increase or decrease icons. After starting the operating mode, the preheating programme indicator will stop flashing. If no operation is performed for 5 seconds, the programme time will be set as default, and the temperature will be the same as that of the Grill programme.
- Preheating is recommended for best cooking results. Once the preheating function is finished, the appliance will beep at a frequency of 1 beep/second, with a total of 30 beeps. The preheat indicator will flash and the display will flash FOOD, indicating that food should be added. Open the cover, add food and then close the cover. The appliance will enter Grill mode by default. If you open the cover before ending the preheating process and then you close the cover, the product will enter Grill mode in advance by default. If the cover is not opened at the end of the countdown, the appliance will stop working and return to standby mode.
- The temperature probe has the function of measuring the internal temperature of the food to control the internal cooking of the food. If you enter the probe in the preheat programme, the probe function will not be effective. If you use the temperature probe in one of the programmes, this will be indicated by the icons of one of the two programmes being illuminated. Press the icon on the temperature probe to change between the preset temperatures or to select them manually. The temperature will be shown on the display by flashing. To increase or decrease the temperature use the increase or decrease icons. When you have selected the desired mode and temperature, press the start/pause icon to begin. The selected temperature and the temperature being measured by the probe will be displayed in 3 second intervals. One of the temperatures shown is the temperature inside the device and the other is the temperature of the probe. The temperature of the probe is the temperature of the food and is irrelevant to the temperature inside the device. After reaching the preset temperature of the probe inside the appliance, it will finish cooking. This only occurs if this function is used.
- To adjust the time, a short press on the increase and decrease icons generates the 1-minute change. A long press generates the 5 minute change.
- The flip function helps during cooking to warn you to turn or move the food. In grill mode, halfway through the selected time, an acoustic alarm sounds at a frequency of 1 time/second and with a total of 15 warnings and displaying the word FLIP to turn the food over; this warning will only sound once.
