2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

3. OPERATION

1. Wash your hair and dry it with a towel to remove excess moisture.

2. Before plugging the hair dryer into the mains, make sure that the mode knob is in the off position: 0.

3. This hair dryer has three modes: I, II and III.
4. In mode I the hair dryer blows air at low speed and temperature.
5. In mode II the hair dryer blows air at high speed and medium temperature.
6. In mode III the hair dryer blows air at high speed and high temperature.
7. Attach the concentrator nozzle or diffuser accessory, if desired.
8. Plug the hair dryer to the mains and select the desired mode.
9. Dry your hair by holding the hair dryer at least 10 cm away from the scalp.
10. When you have finished using the hair dryer, turn the mode knob to the off position and unplug it from the mains.
11. Wait about 15 minutes before storing to make sure it has cooled down completely.

Cool air function button:

While pressing this button, the cool air function will be activated, and the blowing air will stop being hot. When you release the button, the hair dryer will return to the temperature setting of the selected mode.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
• Use a soft, cotton cloth to clean the appliance inlets and outlets.
• Do not use sharp tools near the inlets and outlets of the appliance to avoid damage.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid and do not expose it to water while cleaning it.
• Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders, or cleaners.

• You can remove the outer grille protecting the air inlet to clean it with a cotton swab or soft cloth. To do that:

• Turn the outer grille counterclockwise until it unlocks.

• Separate both parts by pulling the grille towards you. Clean the air inlet, the outer grille and the wire mesh.
• Follow the reverse procedure to refit the grille.

5. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem	Possible causes

	Make sure that the mode knob is not in the off position.
	Check the plug or power socket.
Hot air does not come out.	Make sure that the mode knob is not in the cool air position.
	Turn the mode knob to the off position, unplug the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool down properly.
	Before turning it back on, make sure that nothing is clogging the air inlet.
