• Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the appliance rating label and that the plug is earthed.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars,

restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.

- If the device is to be used in a bathroom, it must be unplugged from the wall socket after use, as the proximity to water could be a risk even with the device switched off.

2. BEFORE USE

- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the appliance when transporting it in the future.

3. OPERATION

Switch-on

• Plug the appliance into a power supply.
• Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The default temperature setting is 180°C, the temperature will be indicated on the display. During the

heating time, the display will indicate the temperature of the plates until the desired temperature is reached.

Temperature setting

• Temperature settings: 140°C, 150°C, 160°C, 170°C, 180°C, 190°C, 200°C, 210°C, 220°C, 230°C.
• Turn the temperature adjustment dial counterclockwise to decrease the temperature. Turn the temperature adjustment dial clockwise to increase the temperature.

Recommendation

Always select the lowest temperature setting (140°C) when using the device for the first time.

Ionising function

• Once the device is turned on, the ionising function is activated.
• The double ion generator on the device generates a negative ion charge that removes static electricity from hair, conditions and smoothens hair cuticles, resulting in ultra-shiny and smooth hair.

The ion generator may make a soft humming noise, this is perfectly normal.

Auto switch-off

The device turns automatically off after 30 minutes of no operation.

Using the hair straightener

1. Separate your hair into approx. 4 cm strands.
2. Hold the appliance with one hand.

3. Begin at the roots and lay the prepared strands one at a time between the straightening plates.

4. Close the hair straightener and glide it slowly from root to tip. Repeat until your hair is straightened as desired.

5. Once finished styling, let your hair cool down and then comb it.
6. Hold down the power button from 2 to 3 seconds to switch it off.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Disconnect the device from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.

Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

ENGLISH

Place the device on a heatproof surface until it cools down before cleaning or storing it.

Use a soft, dry, and clean cloth to clean the product.

Do not wind the cable around the appliance.

Store the device in a dry place out of the reach of children.
