When the indicator light (51) only shows the red LED, the batteries are discharged and must be recharged. Recharge them as soon as possible to extend their lifespan. Use a suitable external 48 V charger, in a ventilated area away from flames.
How to clean the dust filter?
Three methods: Method A: vacuum the dust then tap the filter on the dirty side. Method B: blow compressed air (6 bar max) from the clean side. Method C: immerse for 15 min in hot water, rinse gently (2.5 bar max) and dry completely before reassembly.
How to replace the main broom?
On flat ground, brake applied, key in position O. Open the right panel (18), tilt the side flap, open the return lever (C), extract the broom (D). Remove any debris, insert the new broom aligning the pins (E) into the holes, then close.
What to do in case of decreased collection performance?
Check that the vacuum is activated, the filter is not clogged, the waste container is not full, the flaps are in good condition and the main broom height is correct (track of 50 to 75 mm). Clean or replace defective parts.
How to empty the waste container?
Place the machine on horizontal ground. Raise the main broom, activate the shaker, then raise the container with the lever (54). Approach the dumping area, open the hatch with the lever (55). After emptying, lower the container.

  2. Check that the ignition key (57) has been removed.
  3. Open the battery compartment hood (1) by using the unlocking push-button (25).
  4. (For WET batteries only) check the level of electrolyte inside the batteries (3 and 22). If necessary, top up through the caps (47). Leave the caps open for the next battery charge. If necessary, clean the upper surface of the batteries.
  5. Check that the battery charger is suitable by referring to the Battery Charger Manual.

The battery charger voltage rating is 48V

Use a battery charger suitable for the type of batteries installed.

  1. Disconnect the battery connector (40) with the control (21) and connect it to the external battery charger.
  2. Connect the battery charger to the electrical system and charge the batteries.
  3. After charging, disconnect the battery charger from the electrical mains and from the connector (40).
  4. Check the electrolyte level and close all caps (47).
  5. Connect the battery connector (40) to the machine.
  6. Close the hood (1). The machine is ready to be used.
