How to install the driver on Windows 10?

The DAZZLE TV MOBILE is designed for Windows XP. On Windows 10, installation may encounter difficulties. Try using Windows XP compatibility mode or look for alternative drivers.

Is it compatible with Windows 7?

Officially, it is compatible with Windows XP. On Windows 7, it may work with Vista drivers or in compatibility mode, but without guarantee.

How to connect a game console?

Use the composite cable (yellow cinch) or S-Video from the console to the Dazzle's video input. Also connect the stereo audio cable (3.5mm jack) for sound.

Can I record TV shows?

Yes, with the included software (or third-party software like Pinnacle Studio), you can record TV shows in digital format on your hard drive.

Which antenna to use for good reception?

Use an indoor or outdoor antenna suitable for the TV standard in your area. The cable quality affects reception. A 75 Ohm coaxial cable is recommended.

The sound is not synchronized, what should I do?

Check the audio settings in the software. Sometimes an offset can be corrected manually. Also make sure the drivers are up to date.

The software does not detect the device.

Check that the device is properly plugged into a USB 2.0 port. Reinstall the drivers. If the problem persists, try on another computer.

What is the difference between composite and S-Video input?

S-Video offers better image quality than composite because it separates luminance and chrominance signals. Composite combines everything on a single wire.

Can I use this tuner without antenna?

No, to receive television, an antenna is necessary. However, you can use the video inputs to watch external sources without an antenna.

How to clean the device?

Antenna connection

• Hook up the antenna input of Dazzle*TV mobile to your house antenna (coaxial connection) or to your cable connection.

To connect the antenna, you need the corresponding cable. Note that the quality of the cable has a great influence on the quality of the reception.

PC connection

• Insert the USB connector of Dazzle*TV mobile into your PC.

Use only the USB cable included in the delivery.

Video device connection

• Connect your video source (for example, a camcorder, video recorder or DVD player) to the audio input and to the corresponding video input of Dazzle*TV mobile. You can use any video device that delivers an S-video signal or a composite video signal in PAL, NTSC or SECAM (for example, a video recorder, camcorder or DVD player). This is independent of the video system used (for example, VHS, S-VHS, Hi8 or Video 8).

Note that, depending on the product variant, not all video standards (PAL, NTSC or SECAM) are available.

If your video source has a S-video output, connect this and not the composite video output to ensure better output quality.
