TIPS

Food placement: thick parts towards the outside, thin parts in the centre; distribute evenly; avoid overlapping.

Duration: start with short times, evaluate and increase as needed. Excess may cause smoke/burns.

Uniformity: flip foods such as chicken, hamburgers or steaks once. If necessary, remove from the edges to the center 1-2 times.

Resting: when finished, let stand to complete cooking and cool gradually.

Cooking point: useful signals

  • Steam comes out of all areas, not just edges.
  • The bird's joints move easily.
