  • Filters cannot be washed inside a washing machine nor dried with a hair dryer.
  • Do not brush the high-efficiency filter.

Cleaning the vacuum head

The main brush spins at top speed and helps pushing the dirt into the suction inlet. This brush is in contact with the floor and therefore with the dirt, so it can wear out over time, affecting the cleaning efficiency. It is recommended to clean the vacuum head once a week (depending on use).

  1. Make sure the vacuum cleaner is switched off.
  2. Slide the tab on the side of the vacuum head.
  3. You can then remove the brush from inside the vacuum head and clean it.

  4. To avoid any damage to the brush, tangled hair should be removed.

  5. You can wash the brush with lukewarm water, do not use soap or detergents. However, it is recommended to shake it or vacuum it to avoid placing it back again wet in the brush head.
  6. If you decide to wash the brush, make sure it is completely dry before installing it again on the vacuum cleaner.
  7. When replacing the brush, make sure it is properly installed.
