How to install the ZFX sensor?
Installation is done in three steps: select the inspection tools, choose the inspection zones, then set the parameters. The touch screen guides you step by step, and the AUTO button allows automatic adjustment.
What types of cameras are available?
The ZFX is available in monochrome or color version, with one or two cameras. Cameras can have integrated lighting or a C-mount for interchangeable lenses.
How to optimize lighting?
Use the AUTO button for automatic lighting adjustment. The sensor measures values and offers the best lighting with one click.
Can the ZFX read barcodes?
Yes, the ZFX integrates tools for reading and verifying 1D/2D barcodes and DataMatrix, combined with other inspections.
What is the maximum number of inspections per image?
The ZFX allows configuring up to 32 inspections per image, with 20 different inspection tools.
How to connect the sensor to a network?
The ZFX has Ethernet, USB ports and 20 digital I/Os. You can transfer images and data, and integrate the sensor via communication commands.
What to do in case of an error message?
