How to turn on the Cecotec ReadyWarm 1500 Ceramic Retro fan heater?

Plug in the appliance, then turn the mode selection knob to the desired position (fan only, gentle heat or intense heat). Use the thermostat knob to set the temperature.

How to clean the heater?

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use abrasive products or water.

Why does the heater turn off by itself?

This may be due to overheating or tipping. Check that the air intakes are not blocked and that the appliance is on a flat surface. The automatic shut-off is a safety feature.

What is the power and heating area?

The power is 1500 W, which allows heating a room up to approximately 20 m² with standard insulation.

The heater makes noise, is that normal?

Yes, a slight fan noise is normal (about 45 dB). If the noise is abnormal (rattling, grinding), check that no object is blocking the grille.

Can I leave the heater on overnight?

It is not recommended to leave the appliance unattended for long periods. Use the thermostat function to avoid overheating and turn it off if you leave the room.

Does the heater have an oscillation function?

No, the ReadyWarm 1500 Ceramic Retro model does not have oscillation. It heats in a fixed direction.

How to adjust the temperature?

Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase the temperature. The appliance automatically stops when the ambient temperature reaches the set level.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place to prevent damage to the device if you need to transport it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

3. Insert the power cable into a wall socket.

4. Slide the thermostat to the right until you hear a click. This click indicates the room temperature. If you keep sliding the thermostat to the right, the set temperature will be higher than the room temperature, so the heater will activate the heating system.
5. Turn the power adjustment knob to the fan position ✕ so that the heater emits cold air.
6. Turn the power adjustment knob to position "I", the heater will operate at a medium power level.
7. Turn the power adjustment knob to position "II", the heater will operate at a high power level.

Anti-tilt sensor

• The heater is designed to turn automatically off when tipped over. The appliance will automatically turn on once it is returned to its normal upright position.
• Do not use the heater on thick and long pile carpets, as the heater may not work because the anti-tilt sensor is activated.

Safety system

• In the event of abnormal overheating, the safety device automatically switches the appliance off. After a cooling phase, the device is ready for use again.
• If you still observe the same malfunction mentioned above, disconnect the plug from the socket and contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service.
• During use, do not touch or cover the air outlet. This could cause the unit to overheat and the safety device to operate.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning or storing the appliance, make sure that it is unplugged.
• Clean the housing with a slightly damp cloth, vacuum cleaner or dusting brush.
• Never use flammable or abrasive cleaning agents such as benzene or alcohol to clean the appliance.
• Clean both the air inlet and outlet regularly with a vacuum cleaner.
• Do not immerse the heater in water or allow water to enter the appliance, as there is a risk of electric shock.
• Allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning or handling.
• Before moving the appliance, make sure that the power adjustment knob is in the OFF position and the power cable is unplugged from the power outlet.

Storage

• If the appliance is not used for a long period of time, it must be protected against excessive dust and dirt. Store in a dry place, protected from sunlight.
• Wind up the power cable carefully once the appliance is cool.
• Make sure that the cable does not come into contact with sharp surfaces or kinks.
• Store the cable in a clean, dry location away from metal objects.
• Always check the condition of the plug before use to ensure that the plugs have not been damaged.
• Do not place any heavy items on top of appliance during storage as this may result in possible damage of appliance.
