Place the document, press the Fax/Scanner key, then press a programmed 1-Touch button with the destination box. You can also access Menu to adjust quality, density, etc.

From the computer, select Secure Print in the printer driver, enter an ID and password. On the printer, press Box > Secure Print, enter the ID and password, then select the document to print.

Open PageScope Web Connection in a browser, log in as user or administrator. Go to the Box tab, click Create User Box, enter a box number, name, and optionally a password.
