• Operate the massage mat in the car only when the vehicle has been stopped. Keep this manual for future reference – and pass it on with the appliance to any future users!

1. Intended Use

To avoid life-threatening electric shocks:

• Only allow customer service to replace damaged cables, before you continue using the appliance.
• Use the appliance in dry areas only. Do not use outdoors, in the bathtub or in the shower.
• Do not touch the massage mat, if it is wet. Pull out the plug from the power socket. This massage mat is intended exclusively for private, household use. It is intended for the relaxation massage of shoulders, back, hips and thighs. This massage mat is not suitable for any other use. It is not intended for use in medical/ therapeutic or commercial fields.

2. Delivery Contents

To prevent the risk of fire or injury:

• Plug the massage mat in only into a 230 V power socket or a 12 V cigarette lighter. For this purpose, only use the appropriate adapter supplied with the appliance.
• Do not allow children and elderly persons to handle the appliance unsupervised. They are not always able to recognize potential dangers correctly.
• Consult your doctor before using the massage mat, in case you are being treated for some ailment.
• Do not use the heating function if you have a sensitive skin or poor circulation.

3. Technical Data

4. Connection

• Operate the massage mat in the car only when the vehicle has been stopped. If you want to use the massage mat in the car... ➪ firstly insert the plug of the 12 V adaptors into the remote control jack provided for the purpose... ➪ and then insert the large plug into the cigarette lighter of your car.

PATTERN You can set the massage pattern with this function key. When you switch on the massage mat, you receive a vibrating massage. Press the PATTERN key... ➪ once for a tapping massage, ➪ twice for a kneading massage, ➪ thrice for a undulating massage. If you want to use the massage mat at home... ➪ first of all, insert the small plug of the mains adaptor into the remote control jack provided for the purpose... ➪ and then insert the power plug into the power socket.

5. Operate with the remote

control FUNCTION You can select the sequence of the massage zones with this function key. Several zones can be cativated at the same time. With the remote control function keys, you can easily control the individual functions of the massage mat: POWER PATTERN 1 Shoulders FUNCTION 2 Back 4 right thigh 5 left thigh HEAT POWER Press this key... ➪ once to switch on the massage mat, ➪ once again to switch off the massage mat. The zones active at a particular time are displayed with green flashing diodes on the right edge of the remote control. Thus, the topmost diode is for zone 1, the second for zone 2, etc. The massage mat switches off automatically after 15 minutes of operation. To switch on the massage mat again, ➪ press the Power key again. When you switch on the massage mat, the standard sequence is as follows: 1 ➜ 2 ➜ 3 ➜ 4 ➜ 5 ➜ 5 ➜ 4 ➜ 3 ... Press the FUNCTION key... ➪ once for the following sequence: 1+2+3 ➜ 4+5 ➜ 1+2+3 ...

➪ twice for the following sequence: 1+2 ➜ 2+3 ➜ 3+4 ➜ 4+5 ➜ 4+5 ➜ 3+4 ... ➪ thrice for the following sequence: 3 ➜ 2+4 ➜ 1+5 ➜ 1+5 ➜ 2+4 ... HEAT ➪ Press this key to switch on and switch off the heating function. The lower diode on the edge of the remote control flashes red light if the heating function is on. AUTO/SELECT ➪ Keeping this key pressed, interrupts all the massage processes.

7. Cleaning

• Pull out the plug from the power socket, before you clean the massage mat.
• Never immerse the massage mat in water or other liquids for cleaning. SELECT You can specifically select one or more massage zones with this function key. ➪ During the massage, press the AUTO/SELECT key to retain the zone that is active at the moment. ➪ Press the FUNCTION key to change the massage zones. ➪ Press the FUNCTION key to simultaneously activate several zones. ➪ Press the AUTO/ SELECT key once again to deactivate the function. The massage mat goes back to the standard cycle again. ➪ Remove fluff with a clothes brush. ➪ You can treat stains with a slightly wet cloth.

9. Disposal

Inquire with your municipal authorities or local government about options for the environment-friendly and appropriate disposal of the appliance. INTENSITY You can control the intensity of the massage with this key. ➪ Press this key for the desired massage intensity: high➜ medium➜ low
