Disassemble all parts in contact with food and rinse them immediately after use. Use the supplied brush to clean the auger and strainer. All removable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack).
What to do if the extractor gets blocked during use?
Use the reverse function (Reverse button) to unblock the auger. If that does not suffice, turn off the appliance, unplug it and manually remove the stuck food.
What types of fruits and vegetables can be used?
The extractor is suitable for most hard fruits and vegetables (apples, carrots, beets) and soft ones (oranges, cucumbers). Cut the food into pieces suitable for the chute. Avoid hard pits and very long fibers.
