How to descale the Rancilio Classe 10 RE?
Use a descaler compatible with espresso machines. Dilute according to instructions, pour into the tank, run through the group and steam wand. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Why is the steam not coming out properly?
Check if the steam nozzle is blocked. Clean it with a needle. Make sure the heating thermostat is activated and the machine has reached steam temperature.
How to clean the extraction group?
Use a brush and a group cleaning product. Remove the portafilter, scrub the inside of the group, then rinse by running water without coffee.
What is the ideal pressure for extraction?

This can be due to a worn gasket or a poorly tightened portafilter. Replace the group gasket or tighten the portafilter more. If the leak persists, contact a technician.
