Intended purpose
The high-pressure extension hose is intended for use with the PARKSIDE high-pressure cleaner PHD 150 E4 and PHD 150 F4. The adapter included in the scope of delivery is suitable for connecting to other PARKSIDE high-pressure cleaners of series PHD 100, 110, 150 and common high-pressure cleaners of other manufacturers with a max. rated pressure (p) of 110 bar. The equipment is not intended for commercial use.
The operator or user is responsible for accidents or damages to other people or their property.
The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by use other than for the intended purpose or improper operation.
Extent of the delivery
Carefully unpack the appliance and check that it is complete:
- High-pressure extension hose with quick-connect adapter (pre-mounted)
- Adapter for device output with black cap nut and threaded adaptor with 'A' marking (screwed together, enclosed)
- Adapter for device output with red cap nut and threaded adaptor with 'B' marking (screwed together, enclosed)

Pressure washers can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Do not direct the jet at people, animals, live electrical equipment or the equipment itself.
- Be aware of the increased risk of tripping when using your pressure washer with the high pressure extension hose.
- Do not run over, squash or crease the high pressure extension hose. There is a risk of damage and therefore injury to you.
- Use only original accessories and do not carry out conversion work on the equipment.
- Store the equipment in a frost-proof room.

Initial Operation

Quick-connect adapter (9).
Connecting to PARKSIDE high-pressure cleaners (with quick-connect connection system):
- Insert the high-pressure extension hose (1) on the quick-connect hose connection (2) into the connection of the spray gun (11) until it audibly clicks into place.
- Connect the high-pressure extension hose (1) to the high-pressure hose (12) of your PARKSIDE high-pressure cleaner. You can hear it click into place.
- Check the connections by pulling on the high-pressure extension hose (1).
- To release the connections, press the release button (10) on the quick-connect adapter (9) and the release button (13) on the spray gun (14) and pull off the high-pressure extension hose (1).

Connecting to PARKSIDE high-pressure cleaners (without quick-connect connection system):
- Unscrew the quick-connect adapter (9) from the hose connection with the internal thread (8). You can hold an open-ended spanner (WAF20) against the hose connection with internal thread (8).
- Insert the quick-connect adapter (9) in the quick-connect hose connection (2) of the high-pressure extension hose (1). You can hear it click into place.
- Screw the original hose of your high-pressure cleaner onto the quick-connect adapter (9).
- Screw in the adapter for the gun side (7) into the hose connection with internal thread (8). You can use a hexagon socket wrench (AF5) on the adapter for the gun side (7) and an open-ended spanner (AF20) on the hose connection with internal thread (8) to help you.
- Mount the high-pressure extension hose (1) between the guns and the high-pressure hose of your high-pressure cleaner.

Check the connections by pulling on the high-pressure extension hose (1).

To release the connection on the quick-connect adapter (9), press the release button (10) and pull off the high-pressure extension hose (1).

After being released on the guns with a hexagon socket wrench (AF5), the adapter for the gun side (7) can be easily unscrewed from the hose connection with internal thread (8).

Connecting to PARKSIDE high-pressure cleaners (with quick-connect connection system):
- Insert the high-pressure extension hose (1) on the quick-connect hose connection (2) into the connection of the spray gun (11) until it audibly clicks into place.
- Connect the high-pressure extension hose (1) to the high-pressure hose (12) of your PARKSIDE high-pressure cleaner. You can hear it click into place.
- Check the connections by pulling on the high-pressure extension hose (1).
- To release the connections, press the release button (10) on the quick-connect adapter (9) and the release button (13) on the spray gun (14) and pull off the high-pressure extension hose (1).

Screw the threaded adapter with 'A' marking (4) onto the quick-connect adapter (9).
You can use an open-ended spanner (AF20) on the threaded adapter with 'A' marking (4) to help you.
- Screw the adapter for device output with black cap nut (3) into the hose connection with internal thread (8).
You can use a hexagon socket wrench (AF6) on the adapter for the device output with black cap nut (3) and an open-ended spanner (AF20) on the hose connection with internal thread (8) to help you.

Mount the high-pressure extension hose (1) between the device output and high-pressure hose of your high-pressure cleaner.

Check the connections by pulling on the high-pressure extension hose (1).

To release the connection on the quick-connect adapter (9), press the release button (10) and pull off the high-pressure extension hose (1).

You can use an open-ended spanner (AF20) to release the threaded adapter with 'A' marking (4) or the hose connection with internal thread (8).

After being released on the high-pressure cleaner, the adapter for the device output with black cap nut (3) can be easily unscrewed with a hexagon socket wrench (AF6) from the hose connection with internal thread (8).

Waste disposal and environmental protection
Be environmentally friendly. Return the tool, accessories and packaging to a recycling centre when you have finished with them.

Guarantee
Dear Customer,
This equipment is provided with a 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase. In case of defects, you have statutory rights against the seller of the product. These statutory rights are not restricted by our guarantee presented below.
Terms of Guarantee
The term of the guarantee begins on the date of purchase. Please retain the original receipt. This document is required as proof of purchase.
If a material or manufacturing defect occurs within three years of the date of purchase of this product, we will repair or replace – at our choice – the product for you free of charge. This guarantee requires the defective equipment and proof of purchase to be presented within the three-year period with a brief written description of what constitutes the defect and when it occurred.
If the defect is covered by our guarantee, you will receive either the repaired product or a new product. No new guarantee period begins on repair or replacement of the product.
Guarantee Period and Statutory Claims for Defects
The guarantee period is not extended by the guarantee service. This also applies for replaced or repaired parts. Any damages and defects already present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs arising after expiry of the guarantee period are chargeable.
Guarantee Cover
The equipment has been carefully produced in accordance with strict quality guidelines and conscientiously checked prior to delivery.
The guarantee applies for all material and manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not extend to cover product parts that are subject to normal wear and may therefore be considered as wearing parts (e.g. filters or attachments) or to cover damage to breakable parts (e.g. switches, batteries, or parts made of glass).
This guarantee shall be invalid if the product has been damaged, used incorrectly or not maintained. Precise adherence to all of the instructions specified in the operating manual is required for proper use of the product. Intended uses and actions against which the operating manual advises or warns must be categorically avoided. The product is designed only for private and not commercial use. The guarantee will be invalidated in case of misuse or improper handling, use of force, or interventions not undertaken by our authorised service branch.
Processing in Case of Guarantee
To ensure efficient handling of your query, please follow the directions below:
- Please have the receipt and item number (IAN 291643) ready as proof of purchase for all enquiries.
- Please find the item number on the rating plate.
- Should functional errors or other defects occur, please initially contact the service department specified below by telephone or by e-mail. You will then receive further information on the processing of your complaint.
- After consultation with our customer service, a product recorded as defective can be sent postage paid to the service address communicated to you, with the proof of purchase (receipt) and specification of what constitutes the defect and when it occurred. In order to avoid acceptance problems and additional costs, please be sure to use only the address communicated to you. Ensure that the consignment is not sent carriage forward or by bulky goods, express or other special freight. Please send the equipment inc. all accessories supplied at the time of purchase and ensure adequate, safe transport packaging.
Repair Service
For a charge, repairs not covered by the guarantee can be carried out by our service branch, which will be happy to issue a cost estimate for you.
We can handle only equipment that has been sent with adequate packaging and postage.
Attention: Please send your equipment to our service branch in clean condition and with an indication of the defect.
Equipment sent carriage forward or by bulky goods, express or other special freight will not be accepted.
We will dispose of your defective devices free of charge when you send them to us.
