ATTACHING ACCESSORIES

BEFORE MOUNTING AN ACCESSORY. ALWAYS UNPLUG THE DEVICE FROM THE ELECTRIC SOCKET

  • Hold down the lock button (3B)
  • Use the key (8A) to loosen the collar nut (4B)
  • Insert the accessory shaft into the collar
  • Use the key to tighten the collar nut
  • Release the spindle lock button
  • To remove the accessory proceed in the reverse order

ATTACHMENT OF ACCESSORIES

  • Use the key to secure the collar.
  • Loosen the collar nut.
  • Insert the accessory shaft into the collar.
  • Tighten the collar nut.
  • Remove the key.
  • To remove the accessory proceed in the reverse order.

ON / OFF

  • To turn on the tool, set the ON / OFF switch (1) to 'I'
  • To turn off the tool, set the ON / OFF switch (1) to '0'

SPEED ADJUSTMENT

The tool is equipped with a wheel (2B) for adjusting the speed.

The tool is equipped with 4 speeds.

  • Rotate the adjuster wheel (2B) to the desired speed
  • To work with wood and plastic, choose a low speed
  • Choose a low speed for polishing

POLISHING

  • For polishing metal and plastic pieces use a disc
  • The polishing disk is mounted using a spindle
  • Place the spindle (6A) in the collar nut (4B)
  • Place a polishing disk (7A) on the spindle

CUTTING AND GRINDING

Cut pieces of plastic, wood, metal and stone with a cutting disc. For grinding wood and plastic pieces, use a grinding disc. Use the spindle to mount the cutting or grinding disc.

  • Place the spindle (6A) in the collar nut (4B)
  • Loosen the screw on the spindle
  • Place the cutting disc (2A) or grinding (10A) on the spindle.
  • Place the screw on the spindle and tighten it

MILLING

Use a milling bit for grooving and milling shapes in plastic, wood and metal pieces.

- Place a bit (17A) in the collar nut (4B)

DRILLING

To drill holes in plastic, wood and stone, use a drill bit.

- Place a bit (12A) in the collar nut (4B)

ENGRAVING

To engrave figures on metal pieces, use an engraving bit.

- Place a bit (10A) in the collar nut (4B)

GRINDING AND POLISHING

For grinding metal, plastic, wood and stone pieces, use a grinding stone. To polish wood and plastic pieces use a grinding belt.

- Place the grinding bit (10A) or belt (3A) in the collar nut (4B).

REPLACING THE GRINDING BELT

If it shows signs of wear, replace the grinding belt.

  • Remove the worn grinding belt from the spindle.
  • Place the new grinding belt (10A) on the spindle

USE OF GRINDSTONE

Use the grindstone to eliminate burrs or other irregularities in the workpiece.

CHECKING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CARBON BRUSHES

Carbon brushes should be checked regularly.

  • Remove the brush holder (5B) and clean the brushes.
  • In case of wear, replace brush and holder at the same time.
  • Fit the carbon brush holder
  • After installing new carbon brushes, operate the tool without grinding for 15 minutes.

ONLY USE APPROPRIATE CARBON BRUSHES

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The power tool requires no special maintenance.

Clean the ventilation grilles regularly.
