How do I charge the vacuum cleaner?

Place the vacuum on a horizontal surface. Connect the adaptor to the charging port on the battery pack and plug the adaptor into a wall socket. The power indicator will blink during charging and turn off 1 minute after fully charged. Charging time is 5-7 hours.

How long does the battery last?

The runtime depends on the mode: Low mode up to 60 minutes, Normal mode up to 20 minutes, and Max mode up to 10 minutes.

Can I replace the battery myself?

The battery is replaceable but only by professional after-sales service personnel. Do not disassemble the battery yourself.

How do I clean the dust cup?

Press the locker button to open the bottom cover and release dust. Then press the dust cup release button to remove the cup. Take out the cyclone from the dust cup. All parts are washable; allow them to dry completely before reassembly.

How to clean the motorized brush?

Ensure the brush is not running. Press the button to remove the brush. Open the gland to take out the roller brush and clean it. Use scissors or a knife to remove tangled hair. Do not wash the brush with water.

What accessories are included?

The package includes a crevice nozzle, brush nozzle, adaptor, and wall mount. The crevice nozzle and brush nozzle can be attached to the tube for cleaning high places.

How do I use the wall mount?

Fix the wall mount in a suitable location. When not using the vacuum, store it on the mount. This helps keep the device handy and saves space.
