3.5. Functional Description
This device uses tap water to create filtered and mineralized, still, lightly sparkling, or sparkling drinking water.
The main functions of the device are:
- Water Filtration
• Water Mineralization
• Water Carbonation
The water filtration and mineralization occurs mainly through the filtration technology in the Mitte cartridge.
EN
The carbonation happens through the CO_2 cylinder. The CO_2 cylinder also supports the mineralization function. This means that a CO_2 cylinder is needed even to dispense still water. The Mitte CO_2 Cylinder is also a consumable that must be exchanged regularly according to its carbonation capacity.
For the best experience, connect the device to the internet, using the Mitte app. All essential functions of the device can be performed independently from internet connectivity.
3.6. Mitte App
The Mitte app helps you stay on top of your cartridges and cylinders by notifying you when your consumables are running low.
- Receive order reminders
- Order additional cartridges, CO_2 cylinders and other accessories anytime, easily via the Mitte app
- Shipping is free of charge via DHL GoGreen
- Track the delivery of your order conveniently in the app
