Frequently Asked Questions - CHC L4 LISTO

How to turn on the Listo CHC L4 heater?
Check that the switches are set to 0 and the thermostat to MIN. Plug the appliance into a 230 V socket. Press one or both switches to select the power: I (750 W), II (1250 W) or I+II (2000 W). Turn the thermostat clockwise to increase the temperature.
Which power to choose to heat a room?
For a small room (10-15 m²), use 750 W power. For a medium room (15-20 m²), choose 1250 W. For large spaces (20-30 m²), use both switches for 2000 W. Adjust according to the room's insulation.
How to adjust the thermostat?
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase the desired temperature. When the room reaches this temperature, slowly turn the knob counterclockwise until you hear a click. The thermostat then maintains the temperature automatically.
What to do if the heater turns off by itself?
This is normal: the thermal safety device cuts off the power in case of overheating. Unplug the appliance, let it cool down for at least 30 minutes, then plug it back in. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.
Can I leave the heater unattended?
It is not recommended to leave the appliance unattended while it is operating. Make sure not to cover the appliance and keep a distance of at least 1 meter from flammable objects.
How to clean the CHC L4 heater?
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the outer surface, then dry with a soft cloth. Never use detergents, chemicals, wax or polishing products.
Can I use an extension cord with this heater?
No, the use of an extension cord is prohibited. Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet. If the cord is too short, have the outlet moved by a qualified electrician.
What to do if the cord is damaged?
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or a similarly qualified person to avoid any danger. Do not use the appliance until the cord is repaired.
Can the heater be used in a bathroom?
No, the appliance should not be used near a bathtub, shower or swimming pool. It is intended for dry indoor use only. Never expose it to humidity or water.
How to store the heater in summer?
Unplug the appliance, clean it as indicated, then place it in its original packaging to protect it from dust. Store it in a dry place and away from impacts.
