SMARTWATCH

- Phone book

Phone book contains phone numbers which have been entered into the phone book in the app settings. The smartwatch can make phone calls to those numbers.

- Quick learning

In the game you decide whether the equations such as addition and subtraction are correct. There are three levels to choose from.

- Wechat

Voice chat allows the communication between the smartwatch and the app. The users of both may send short (max. 15 seconds) voice messages to each other. To record a voice message, press and hold [Press]. Release the finger to send a message.

- Flashlight

The smartwatch is equipped with a flashlight. Tap on the display to turn it on.

- Camera

Take a photo by tapping on the camera icon at the bottom of the display. The photo will be saved in the smartwatch [Album] menu.

It is also possible to send the photo to the SmartKid app. To send the photo to the app, select desired photo, then press [Upload]. The photo will be uploaded to the app's [Remote camera] menu.

- Album

Browse through photos taken with the smartwatch camera. Select desired photo, then press [View].

- Make friend

Connect two smartwatches. When the two smartwatches are connected, they can communicate with each other. First make sure the app is in the [Make friends] interface, then enter [Make friend] function in each of the smartwatches and bring them close to each other. When the connection has been made successfully, a green tick will appear on the display of both smartwatches.

- Step

The pedometer counts and shows the number of steps taken. To enable the function, go to [Health] in the app main menu and turn on pedometer function. Then enter [Step] in the smartwatch menu. Number of steps taken will be displayed on the smartwatch display.

- App download

QR code is displayed on the smartwatch display. Scan it with the appropriate app and download the SmartKid app from Google Play or App Store.

SMARTKID app

1. Main menu Access to functions such as remote camera, health, do not disturb, alarm clock, message and rewards.

2. User account Access to account settings, device list, password change and logging out.

3. Map selection Choose map (standard, satellite, bus map).

4. Locate app's user Show the location of the app's user on the map (pink tag).

5. Select device Select one of the registered smartwatches.

6. Show all registered smartwatches Show the location of all registered smartwatches on the map.

7. Chat To send a voice message to the smartwatch, press and hold [Start recording]. Voice message may take up to 15 seconds. To send a text message, press the enter message, then press [Send]. To play the message, press it. To delete the message, press and hold it, then select [Delete]. Sent message is saved in the smartwatch [Wechat] menu.

8. Security zone To set security zone, press the „+“ at the bottom of the display, input name for the zone (1-32 characters),

for example school, home, then set the security zone with „-” and „+”. Minimal diameter of the security zone is 200 meters. Active zone is blue. To confirm, press [Save]. A notification will be sent to the app, when the smartwatch's user leaves security zone.

Note: To set security zone it is necessary to have active GPS connection.

10. Locate

Two systems are used to locate the smartwatch: GPS and LBS.

GPS system is the most precise way of locating that uses satellite connections and ground-based receivers. It is only accessible, when the smartwatch's user is in the open space. Buildings and closed spaces block GPS signal. Smartwatch location based on the GPS system is marked with a red tag and GPS writing on the map.

When locating based on the GPS system is not possible (smartwatch's user is in the building), the smartwatch uses LBS system. LBS system uses cell towers to locate. Smartwatch location based on the LBS system is marked with a blue tag and LBS writing on the map.

11. History

Display the history of distance covered on a given day.

Send a request for a photo to the smartwatch. To do this, press [Photograph]. Photo taken with the smartwatch camera will appear after about 30 seconds in the [Remote camera] menu.

Health

The smartwatch is equipped with a motion sensor which allows to track child's activity- number of steps taken, amount of calories burned, covered distance as well as to monitor child's sleep.

To be able to track child's activity, make sure that pedometer/sleep monitor function has been enabled. To achieve data on the amount of calories burned and distance covered, input child's weight and step length.

Moreover, it is also possible to set the time for the smartwatch to track child's activity.

Data synchronize every 10 minutes.

Do not disturb

You can set up maximally 3 periods of time, when the smartwatch will be completely inactive. Before using the function, please make sure that the time on the smartwatch and in the app's user smartphone is the same. Otherwise, the function will be unavailable.

Alarm clock

You can set up maximally 3 alarm clocks. At the time set and on the scheduled days, the alarm clock will go off on the smartwatch.

Message

Notifications (for example SOS, low battery, leaving security zone prompts) sent from the smartwatch.

Rewards

Reward child with virtual rewards (hearts) which appear on the smartwatch main screen. To send a reward, set heart amount with „+” and „-” and press [OK].

Enter up to 3 phone numbers to which SMS notifications will be sent if SOS function is used. The smartwatch will make a phone call to the first entered phone number, it will send SMS notifications with date and time when the SOS function was used as well as smartwatch location to all three numbers.

Sound guardian

The smartwatch will make a phone call to the assigned phone number. It will be a one-way phone call, what means that the app's user will hear the surroundings of the smartwatch but without the knowledge of the smartwatch's user.

Location Update Schedule

Set the frequency of updating the smartwatch location. Available options are: normal (every 10 minutes), power saving mode (every 1 hour) and tracking mode (every 1 minute). Normal mode is recommended. Tracking mode is the most battery consuming.

SMS Alerts

The smartwatch will send SMS notification to the assigned number if the following situations occur: low battery level, SOS prompt. Each notification can be turned on/off.

Make friends

Connect two smartwatches what allows communication between them. Make sure you entered [Make friends] function in the app, then go to [Make friend] function in the smartwatch menu and bring smartwatches close to each other. Successful connection between the two smartwatches is indicated with a green tick on the display of both smartwatches.

Phone book

You may enter up to 10 phone numbers that may be dialed from the smartwatch. Entered phone numbers will appear in the [Phone book] in the smartwatch.

Time zone selection

Set the time zone. Before using the smartwatch, set the time zone (West:GMT 0:00 for Poland) where the user is located. After setting the time zone, current time should appear on the smartwatch.

Language selection

Set the smartwatch OSD language.

Set Local Base Station

Localization of the smartwatch using cell towers.

Watch Finder

Find the smartwatch. Press [Watch Finder], then confirm by pressing [OK]. The smartwatch will issue sound signals. To turn it off, press the POWER/SOS button on the smartwatch.

Remote Shutdown

Switch off the smartwatch remotely. The smartwatch will switch off after about 30 seconds.

Remote restart

Set the smartwatch to the default settings.

Note: make sure the smartwatch is switched on and in the network range.

Log out of the app.
