SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
(To be read before operating the heater)
- Check whether or not the local power supply mains matches the appliance electric rating printed on the label before operation.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. If the appliance is damaged, do not use it any more.
- Ensure the power supply to the socket into which the heater is plugged is in accordance with the rating label on the heater and that the socket is earthed.
- When the appliance is not in operation, please remove plug from supply mains.
- The plug must be removed from the socket-outlet before cleaning or maintaining the appliance
- Don't remove the plug by pulling the power cord.
- Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
- Keep the mains lead away from the hot body of the heater.
- WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover heater.
- Don't use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. Never locate the heater where it may fall into bathtub or other water container.
- The device is intended for household use. Do not use outdoors.
- Do not cover or obstruct any of the heat outlet grilles or the air intake openings of the heater.
- Always ensure that the heater is not positioned close to curtains or furniture as this could create a fire hazard.
- The heater must not be located immediately below an electrical socket-outlet.
- Do not insert any object through the heat outlet or air intake grilles of the heater.
- Do not place this heater near flammable materials, surfaces or substances, as there may be a risk of fire.
- Particular care should be taken when the heater is situated in areas occupied by children or invalids.
- Always unplug the heater when moving it from one location to another.
- The room which is to be heated should not contain any easy inflammable materials (e.g., petrol, solvents, spray canisters etc.) or other easy combustible materials (e.g., wood or paper). Keep such materials away form equipment. Risk of fire!!
- Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by people not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
- The meaning of figure ⚪ in marking is "WARNING: DO NOT COVER".
- Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
- Do not introduce any objects inside the appliance (for example needles).
FOR COUNTRIES SUBJECT TO EUROPEAN REGULATIONS
- Children aged between 3 and 8 years must only activate or deactivate the appliance, provided that it has been positioned or installed in its normal operating position and that they are supervised or have received instructions regarding the safe use of the appliance and are aware of the potential risks. Children aged between 3 and 8 years must not connect, adjust or clean the appliance or carry out maintenance operations.
- WARNING: some parts of the appliance can overheat and cause burns. Pay particular attention in the presence of children or vulnerable people.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 or over and by people whose physical, sensory or mental abilities are reduced or who lack the necessary experience and knowledge, provided that these people are properly supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the appliance and related risks. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance operations must not be carried out by children left unattended.
ASSEMBLY OF THE HEATER
Before using the heater, the feet (supplied separately in the carton), must be fitted to the unit. These must be fixed to the base of the heater using the 2 self-tapping screws provided, taking care to ensure that they are located correctly in the bottom ends of the heater side mouldings

CLEANING THE HEATER
- Always un-plug the heater from the wall socket and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
- Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and buff with a dry cloth.
- Do not use any detergents or abrasives and do not allow any water to enter the heater.

STORING THE HEATER
When the heater is not used for long periods of time it should be protected from dust and stored in a clean dry place.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.
The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service centre. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:
• Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories
- Use of force, damage caused by external influences
- Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions
- Partially or completely dismantled appliances
