How often should I replace the HEPA filter?

The HEPA filter should be replaced every 2 years under normal usage. The replacement filter model is F-VXK35R.

How do I clean the pre-filter?

Remove the pre-filter and vacuum it gently, or wash with water and let it dry completely before reinstalling. Clean monthly for best performance.

What is the nanoe technology?

nanoe technology releases hydroxyl radicals that inhibit airborne bacteria, viruses, mold, and allergens, providing cleaner air.

How does the automatic mode work?

The dust sensor detects air quality and automatically adjusts fan speed. The indicator light shows blue (clean), green (moderate), red (dirty).

Can I use the air purifier in a large room?

The F-VXM35R is designed for rooms up to 30 m². For larger spaces, consider a higher CADR model.

How do I reset the filter replacement indicator?

After replacing the filter, press and hold the Filter Reset button for 3 seconds until the indicator turns off.

Is the air purifier safe to use around children?

Yes, it includes a child lock feature. Press and hold the Child Lock button for 3 seconds to lock the control panel.

What should I do if the air purifier makes unusual noise?

Check if the filters are properly installed or if the fan is obstructed. Also ensure the unit is on a level surface.

How do I clean the deodorizing filter?

The deodorizing filter is not washable. Replace it every year with model F-VXK35D.

Does the air purifier have a timer?

"House dust catcher" and "nanoe®" give you moist and clean air.

With nanoe ^® technology, the effects of sterilization ^★※1 , allergens inhibition ^※2 , fungi elimination ^※3 and deodorization ^※4 can be achieved, thereby creates a conducive environment for hydrated skin.

★ The result is of a 4-hour test in a closed space of 25 m³, instead of in actual application space.

Indicates the nanoe ^® is generating when the indicator lights on. nanoe ^® will be generated in all operation modes except you switch off it. (P.25)

When the water fill indicator blinks or lights on indicate that you need add water. If you want to humidify, please add water to tank. (P.14\~15)

After adding water, the water fill indicator will off and product will restart to humidify automatically.

With the black side (front side) toward yourself, fit it into the concave part of the product.

Fit the clutch into the indentation

(2 places) of the product.

Push in the protrusion into holes (2 places) of product and press properly.

Make sure to attach the front panel before use.

(Not required if the product operates in the mode of "Clean Air.")

The upper position and lower position of the tank shall be reversed when you fill it with water to that when you install it back.

Please check whether the anti-fungus assembly is installed properly (P.23).

Connect the power plug.

■ Make sure to use the tap water.

■ Do not use the following water.

(Otherwise, tank malfunction may be caused and may wet furniture, etc.)

• Water from a water purifier, alkaline ion water, mineral water and well water (where the mildew and miscellaneous bacterium multiply fast).

Turn on or off the product.

Press the button to operate.

1. It is in auto air volume mode when the product operates for the first time.

Then it will operate based on the last used mode when it is resumed.

1. Press the button again, the product stops operating.

To operate product within 2 minutes after the power plug is inserted, the indicator of air volume under "Auto Vol." will blink about 2 minutes, what it indicates the odor sensor is in the stanby mode.

When this button is pressed, the clean sign and the air volume indicators are off. The operation indicators on control panel become dim, and the product enter the "Lo" mode. After 8 hours, the sleeping mode operation ends and the product stops operating.

To prevent child from wrong operating.

Make sure to disconnect the power plug before cleaning the product.

■ Humidifying filter

Press and wash it with clean warm water (below 40 °C).

■ Wash the filter frame and filter frame cap with water.

■ Make sure to use the neutral detergent or solution of citric acid. If the alkaline detergent is used, deformation and performance degeneration may be caused.

■ The proportion of citric acid and warm water is 20 g:3 L.

① Insert the humidifying filter into the filter frame through the splicing joint.

② Attach the filter frame cap onto the filter frame.

■ Avoid any space between the filter frame cap and the filter frame of the humidifying filter, and do not put the humidifying filter over the circular parts on the two ends. (Otherwise, the humidifying amount may be reduced.)

■ Function of the anti-fungus assembly Inhibit the mold bacteria with the anti-fungus agent. Testing authority: Boken Quality Evaluation Institute Testing method: Install the anti-fungus assembly in the tray, and verify the method to prevent mold bacteria (Halo method)

Testing result: Verify the effectiveness of preventing mold bacteria. (Test No.09006504-1)

※1 As the dirtiness varies with the water quality, maintenance may be required even within one month after the last maintenance if there is unpleasant odor or the water in the tank is reduced in slow speed.

※2 Filter replacement period may be shorten, depending on the environment (such as where smoking is frequent). Please replace it when ineffective.

※3 The service life of the humidifying filter may vary with the water quality. In any one of the following cases, please replace it immediately.

① After replacement (except the humidifying filter), press → Block of detector and режим con buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds until the filter replacement indicator turns off, then the reset is complete.

② Fill in installation date on the label, then stick the label on product to cover the old date.

The filter which needs to exchange cannot be used again even it is cleaned, please dispose the used filter as non-flammable garbage.

  If the product is used in a room (especially hotel) with strong odor such as aromatic smell, cigarette smoke or barbecue smell, these odors may adhere to the filter. When the adsorption capacity of filter reaches saturation, odor will also be blown out again with the wind because of excess adsorption. When there is above situation, please replace the deodorizing filter, even if the filter replacement indicator does not light on. In addition, if often used in a room with strong odor, please open the windows to ventilate the room regularly.

During operation, press Eco and Очистка/Увлажн. buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds to switch off. (nanoe® indicator lights off)

Press the buttons for about 3 seconds again to restart the nanoe®.

■ Conditions for nanoe® generation

nanoe® is generated by using the air in the room. Therefore, due to the difference in temperature and humidity, nanoe® may not be generated stably.

Room temperature: about 5 °C\~35 °C (dew-point temperature: 2 °C or above)

Relative humidity: about 30%\~85%

When nanoe® is generated, small amount of ozone will be released. However, the quantity will be far less than the level in natural environment such as forest, and not be harmful to human beings.

The HEPA composite filter which with the Bio-sterilization and Super Allergy-buster can inhibit allergens (pollen, dead mites and feces), bacteria, mold.

■ Super Allergy-buster: inhibits the activity of allergic substances (pollen, dead mites and feces).

Testing authority: Osaka Municipal Technical Research Institute

Test method: check the decrease of refined house dust mite allergen, by using enzyme immune measuring method.

Inhibiting method: contact with Super Allergy-buster

Target: allergens trapped by the filter (mites, pollen)

Test result: inhibited 99% and above. (Daikou research report No. 2127)

The HEPA composite filter might emit unique and harmless smell of "Green Tea Catechin", "Bio-sterilization" and "Super Allergy-buster".

The sensor can detect the pollution of the air, and show the pollution level by clean sign. The product can adjust the air volume automatically in automatic operation.

The sensor's operation may vary depending on the indoor airflow condition if a heater is placed near the product in a room.

■ The sensor is not designed to detect bacteria and viruses.

■ The sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted. (The default setting is "Med" sensitivity.)

① Stop operating the product, then press Eco and Скорость buttons at the same time.

Eco mode refers to the automatic operation by combining the "patrol mode" in which the product detects the dirt in the air in the room every hour. With the "learning mode" in which the product can forecast the dirt generation by mastering the generation time of dirt every day.

The product records the time and dirtiness of air during operation, and takes the preventive operation 5 min before the recorded dirt is generated in the next day.

(Although the records are updated every day, the previous records will be lost once the power plug is disconnected.)
