Useful recommendations
- Before making sorbets, all ingredients should be frozen at a temperature not higher than -18°C for 12 hours or more, and stones should be removed from stone fruits (e.g., from cherries, peaches, apricots, etc.).
- Peel bananas before freezing.
- For best results, use bananas in all sorbet recipes. Bananas allow achieving more viscous and soft consistency of sorbet, we recommend using slightly overripe bananas.
- Using bananas and other sweet fruits and berries, chocolate and similar ingredients allows to reduce the amount of added sugar.
