Safety and Warning Information

DANGER

1. Do not immerse the appliance in water, nor rinse it under the tap.

WARNING

1. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local power voltage before you connect it.
2. Only connect the appliance to a grounded power outlet. Always make sure that the plug is inserted firmly into the power outlet.
3. Do not use the appliance if the plug, power cord, deep plate, grill plate, couple plate, steam tray or main body is damaged.
4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

5. 8. Make sure the heating plate and the outside of the deep plate/grill pan/couple plate/steam tray are clean and dry before inserting the plug in the power outlet. Impurities and external objects may cause malfunction to product.

9. The heating plate's surface is subject to residual heat after use. Do not touch the surface and any hot parts of the appliance during use or immediately after use. It will be very hot!

10. Do not plug in the appliance with wet hands.

11. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote control system.

12. Do not place the deep plate/grill pan/couple plate/steam tray directly over an open fire to cook food.

Safety Precaution Information

1. Do not use the deep plate/grill pan/couple plate/steam tray if it is deformed.
2. The accessible surfaces (its body, cover, pans and cooking plates) may become hot when the appliance is operating. Take extra caution when touching the surfaces.
3. Always wear protective, insulated gloves when inserting or removing any items from the hot plate.
4. Beware of hot steam coming out of the appliance during operation when you open the lid. Keep hands and face away from the appliance to avoid the steam.
5. Do not lift and move the appliance while it is operating.

After Using

1. After using this product, it is necessary to avoid leaving any residual food material on the pans.
2. It is a must to completely move the outlet of power line away from the body of this product and the socket.
3. Please clean this product with neutral kitchen cleaning liquid.
4. Please do not use any corrosive detergent, scrubbing detergent or gasoline diluent.
5. Please do not use hard objects such as metal turner and knife to rub the surfaces of pans and plates.
6. Please do not place in a dishwasher or drying machine.

Installation Instruction

Preparation Before Operation

1. When using this product for the first time, please thoroughly clean the pans and plate cover by using a piece of soft cleaning sponge and neutral cleaning solution. Let dry completely before using.
2. Place the cooker on flat and stable surface, ensure a minimum of 10cm free space around the cooker.
3. Connect the cooker and plug the power cord to socket.
4. When cooker is connected to power, a 'beep' sound will be prompted. Press ⏻ to power on and lights will be up followed by a flashing '----' on the digital screen.
5. Select by pressing on a specific function, cooker will start operating in 5 seconds.
6. To exit current cooking mode, press ☑key again.

Operating Instruction

The multicooker comes with 6 pre-set functions, each function is set by its default power and time, where you can adjust the time and power to your preference.

How To Use

1. At standby mode, select a function by pressing on the icon on digital panel. The selected function flashes, follow by default Time and Power.
2. Cooker operates in 5 seconds. User may adjust the Power or Time during the cooking process. Power and time range for each function is as shown in table above.
3. To skip the 5 seconds buffer time to cooking, user may press ⏻ button to start cooking immediately once a function is selected.
4. To adjust Power/ Time, user may press the Power/ Time button and adjust by using the '+' and '-' button.
5. To stop cooking, press ☐ to exit cooking mode and return to standby mode.
6. You can assemble the following appropriate pans and cooking plates as per your own preferences and different cooking purposes. Please do not overlay or use the pans and plates simultaneously.

How To Use

Deep Plate: Stir Fry/ Roast/ Slow Cook/ Steaming/ Hot Pot

1. Place Deep Plate on cooker base and preheat 4-5 minutes.
2. Ensure the water is boiling when adding food to the water.
3. Deep plate is also acting as a base to steam rack for steaming food.
4. Once cooking has completed, press ⏻ to switch off and let cool completely before cleaning the pan.

Steam Tray: Steaming Dim Sum, Pau, Poultry and Seafood

1. Place Deep Plate on cooker base, and Steam Tray onto Deep Plate.
2. Add and boil water before steaming food.
3. Place food onto tray and steam when water is boiled. Cover cooker to ensure even steaming.
4. Once cooking has completed, press 📍 to switch off and let cool completely before cleaning the pan.

Grill Pan: Steam-grilling makes the healthier grills

1. Place Grill Pan on cooker base and preheat 4-5 minutes.
2. Lay food over the pan and grill until it is cooked. Time can be adjusted according to each food.
3. Add some water over the corner of pan and cover the lid to fasten the cooking process.
4. Once cooking has completed, press 📍 to switch off and let cool completely before cleaning the pan.

Couple Pan

1. Place Couple Pan on cooker base and preheat 4-5 minutes.
2. Add suitable amount of cooking oil/ butter and place food into plate.
3. Turn switch to 'High' and flip food to cook evenly.
4. Once cooking has completed, press 📍 to switch off and let cool completely before cleaning the pan.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM/ PHENOMENON POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The pans/ plates cannot be heated	Product plug and power plug connected incorrectly.	Please insert the product plug into the product outlet and securely insert the power plug into the power socket.
	Multi outlet dragging socket is used.	Please separately use a power socket of 15A or more.
	The pan or plate slants. Please ensure the plate or pan is assembled correctly to the heating plate.
	Heating plate is damaged. Please look for professional engineer to repair it.
It is difficult to cook food thoroughly	Product is not preheated before use.	Please cook only after fully preheating the product.
	Surface of pan or plate is not being cared properly.	ALL plates and pans should be taken care properly.
Product smokes/ sends forth abnormal smell	Food residue sticks on heating plate.	Please eliminate any food/ liquid on heating plate. Please proceed when plate is let cool completely.
	It happens during the first use, rest assured it is normal.	It will disappear as this product is used.
Product creaks when being used	This is caused by the expansion of heating plate however not a fault. You can continue using this product.
Others Coating on surface of pans and plates peel off.		It is caused by charring, but the coating peeling off from its surface is harmless to human.
