How do I cook rice in the Khind MLB08?

Wash the rice and place it in the inner pot. Add proper amount of water. Rotate the knob to Rice and hold for 15-30 minutes. After cooking, you can open the lid and steam side dishes for 5-10 minutes. Turn the knob back to OFF to stop.

Can I use the Hot Pot function for soup?

Yes. Pour drinking water into the pan, rotate the knob to Hot Pot, and wait for the water to boil. Then add food and condiments. It provides continuous heating for boiling.

How do I clean the inner pot?

Clean after each use with a soft sponge and non-irritating cleaning agent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal utensils to protect the non-stick coating. The inner cover can be cleaned with warm water. Never immerse the main body in water.

What does the Warm function do?

The Warm function is for reheating food. It automatically heats until 90°C and then stops. Rotate the knob to Warm and the appliance will maintain a safe warming temperature.

Is the Khind MLB08 dishwasher safe?

No. Do not place the appliance or any parts in the dishwasher. Clean only by hand with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

What should I do if the power cord is damaged?

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or a qualified person to avoid hazard. Do not use the appliance until repaired.

Why does the appliance shut off automatically during cooking?

This is normal. The appliance has safety features: the Warm function stops at 90°C, and the Rice function requires manual shut-off. If it shuts off unexpectedly, check for dry burning or overheating.

Can I fry food in this multicooker?

Yes. For Fry function, brush a small amount of edible oil into the pan, rotate the knob to Fry, wait for the pan to heat up, then add food and flip until fully cooked.

Where can I find replacement parts like the seal ring?

Contact Khind service agent or authorized dealer. Only use genuine parts with the same tension. Do not replace with other rubber seals.

How do I prevent steam burns when opening the lid?

Beware of hot steam. Open the lid away from your face and hands. Allow steam to escape before touching the interior. The appliance becomes very hot; use handles and avoid direct contact.

Safety and Warning Information

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Power-On; Make sure the knob is pointing at "OFF" before it is powered on. After the product is powered on, all lights are brightened up.
2. Select the desired function by rotating the knob.
3. Warm: Used for re-heating

a. Automatically jumps and stopped when heating reaches to 90 degrees.

1. Rice: Used for rice cooking, conduct for around 15 minutes to be eaten and shut down the appliance manually

a. Clean wash the rice and place in the pan.
b. Add the proper amount of water.
c. Rotate the knob to "Rice" and hold for 15-30 minutes.
d. After the rice is cooked, open the cover and put in side dishes and steam for 5-10 minutes (cooking time is self-select according to food material) then stop the function manually by rotating the knob back to "OFF".

1. Hot Pot: Used for continuous heating and boiling

a. Pour drinking water into the pan.
b. Rotate the knob to "Hot Pot".
c. After the water boiled, put in the food material and condiment and blanched for eating.

1. Fry: Used for barbecue and frying

a. Put edible oil into the pan by brushing.
b. Rotate the knob to "Fry".
c. After the pan temperature rises, put in the food material and repeat fried by flipping with clamp to be fully cooked.
