This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision of instruction, concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Before turning on the power, check that the product voltage is the same as the power supply voltage. Plug into an appropriate outlet. The outlet must have a grounding wire.

The product should be placed on a level surface. Do not place the body directly on an open flame to heat it.

When the product is not in use, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to prevent the internal electronics from getting wet.

The temperature of the inner and outer body will rise when the product is in use. Do not put your hands or face directly near the steam outlet to avoid burns.

The uncool body liner should be placed on a level surface in a dry place. Do not use it on objects that are not heat-resistant (such as plastic tablecloths, cotton felts, etc.)

The heating plate's surface is subject to residual heat after use. Do not touch the surface and any hot parts of the appliance during use or immediately after use. It will be very hot!

This product does not use refrigerants such as chlorofluorocarbons (CFCS), foaming agents, and cleaning agents.

Do not immerse appliance in water or cleaning solutions. Otherwise, the internal electrical components will be damaged. When cleaning, wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not use chemical solvents or alkaline detergents.

Do not fill the inner pot too much and exceed the max. water line or the boiling water may cause overflow.

When you no longer need to cook or keep warm, remember to unplug the power cord.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Warning:
- Please unplug the appliance before cleaning, let it cool down before cleaning the body and all accessories.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or let it get wet to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Cleaning the cooker:
After each use, clean the appliance's inner pot and cover with a sponge and neutral detergent. The power outlet is not allowed to get wet. After cleaning, dry the appliance with a cloth.
Cleaning the Body's Surface:
Use soft cloth to wipe surface. When the surface is too dirty, use less than 50 degrees Celsius of water and a neutral wash mixture, wipe with a soft cloth and dry. Do not use gasoline, thinner, diluents or any substance that may damage the surface of the surface.
Cleaning Water Scale:
Minerals in the water may deposit on the bottom of the cooker causing residue, which can affect product performance after using for a period of time. It is essential that regular descaling takes place as follows:
- Fill the inner pot of the cooker with water and add few drips of while vinegar or citric acid, then select "Boil" function and allow the solutions to boil.
- Unplug and leave the cooker for one overnight.
- Dispose of the solutions and rinse thoroughly.
- Fill the inner pot of the cooker with clean water, and boil again.
- Dispose of the water again.
- Repeat the above steps few times until there is no vinegar or sourness in the inner pot.
- The cooker is now ready to use.
NOTE: Ensure that the electrical connections are completely dry before using the cooker.
Cooking Operation
Control Panel:

Function/Cancel: After connected to power supply, you will hear a "beep" sound, then the digital display will light up and show "-" a second later. The cooker is now in stand-by mode. Press "Function / Cancel" key could select different functions that you preferred. During the working process, you could press "Function/Cancel" key to cancel the work. The cooker will resume to stand-by mode.
Keep Warm: Under the stand-by mode, press "Keep Warm" key to select the temperature for keeping warm. After selecting your preferred temperature (42°C, 55°C, 70°C, 85°C or 90°C), the keep warm Indicator will flash and the cooker will start to keep warm after 3 seconds if there is no other operation. Keep warm Indicator will light up and the keep warm for 5 hours.
Reserve/Timer: Under the stand-by mode. "Reserve/Timer" key to enter the reserve mode. The pre-set time is 30 minutes, press "Reserve/Timer" key could increase 30 minutes each time and the maximum pre-set is 12 hours. After setting the time, press "Function/Cancel" key to select the functions and the cooker will start to work on the pre-set time. After selecting the functions, the indicator will flash and you could press "Reserve/Timer" key to moderate the working time of the cooker. For example, if you would like to cook the congee an hour later, press "Reserve/Timer" key to set the timer at 1:00, the press "Function/Cancel" key to select the congee function. The cooker will start to work an hour later.
Display Screen:
Stand-by mode: Connect the power supply, you will hear a "beep" sound, then the digital display will light up and show "—".
Working mode: The indicator of the selected function will light up. The heating tube start to heating up and the display screen will show the temperature and the remaining cooking time.
Reserve mode: Under the reserve mode, the indicator of the selected function will light up, the reserved time counted backward in the display screen. When the timer displayed at zero, the cooker starts to work.
Finished the work: After the cooker finished the work, it will enter the keep warm mode.
Functions Description:
Boiled Water: Add water into the inner pot, connected to the power supply. Press "Function/Cancel" key to select the "Boll" function, water will heat up to 100°C and boil for 2 minutes, then it will keep warm for 5 hours at 60°C and return to the stand-by mode.
Stew: Add the right amount of water and ingredients into the inner pot, connected to the power supply. Press "Function/Cancel" key to select the "Stew" function, water will heat up to 100°C and keep heating for 48 minutes, then it will keep warm for 5 hours at 60°C and return to the stand-by mode.
Floral & Fruit Tea: Add water into the inner pot with some tea leaves or fruits (according to own personal preference), connected to the power supply. Press "Function/Cancel" key to select the "Floral & Fruit Tea" function, water will heat up to 100°C and keep heating for 8 minutes, then it will keep warm 5 hours at 60°C and return to the stand-by mode.
Slow Cook: Add the right amount of ingredients and water into the inner pot, connected to the power supply, press* Function/Cancel* key to select the "Slow Cook" function, water will heat up to 100°C and keep heating for 60 minutes, then it will keep warm for 5 hours at 80°C and return to the stand-by mode.
Congee: Add the right amount of water and ingredients into the inner pot (rice is about 70g and water meet the max. water line), connected to the power supply. Press "Function/Cancel" key to select the "Congee" function, water will heat up to 100°C and keep heating 35 minutes, then it will keep warm for 5 hours at 60°C and return to the stand-by mode.
Baby Water: Add water into the inner pot, connected to the power supply. Press "Function/Cancel" key to select the "Baby Water" function, water will heat up to 100°C and boil for 2 minutes, then the temperature will lower to 42°C and get ready after you could hear 3 "beep" sound. The water will keep warm for 24 hours and return to the stand-by mode.
Note: Cooker should not be filled with less than the minimum amount displayed or exceed the max. water line.
Cautions:
Gentle reminder: Before using the cooker, add water to the max. water line and boil. Pour out the boiled water and washed by cold water. Repeat this step twice.
- Add water or add the right amount ingredients and water for stewing into the stainless steel inner pot, then close the cover. The cooker must be placed on a stable surface
Note:
(1) The water must not be lower than the min. water line (400ml) or exceed the max. water line (700ml).
(2) Please check the vent hole for any blockage before closing the cover. Please do not block up or cover the vent hole when the cooker is working.
(3) When cooking noodles, congee, dessert or expandable soup, please add water under the max water line to prevent overflow or spillage.

When the cooker is connected to the power supply, it will enter the stand-by mode. Press "Function/Cancel" key to select the preferred function and the corresponded indicator will flash (Press "Reserve/Timer" key to set the timer if needed). The cooker will start to work after 3 seconds if there is no other operation. The corresponded indicator will light up.

When the cooker is working, press "Function/Cancel" key to cancel the function. The cooker then returns to stand-by mode.

After the cooker finished the works, it will enter to the keep warm mode automatically and the food is ready for enjoy.

"Slow Cook" function's suggestions: (Suitable for luxury ingredients like red ginseng, caterpillar fungus and snow swallow, etc.)
(1) Put the right amount of ingredient and water into the stainless steel inner pot of the cooker and close the cover.
(2) Connect the cooker to the power supply. Once connected, the cooker will enter stand-by mode. Press the "Function/Cancel" key and select the "Slow Cook function. The default cooking time is 60 minutes.
Warmly reminder:
• After the cooker had finished the work, please do not open the cover immediately. Please wait for 3 to 5 minutes and until the cooker is cool down. It is to prevent the steam and hot water spill out may lead to slight burns and scalds. Please open the cover carefully to avoid slight burns and scalds.
- The timer that showed on the display screen is the working time after the water is boiled. (For example: If the defaulted time is "35 minutes", it means the cooker will continue to work for 35 minutes after water is boiled.)
Note: The cooker will auto cut-o if if dry burning to prevent any damage.
