How do I clean my ECG TV 25 heater?

Always unplug the heater and let it cool down completely. Use a soft damp cloth to wipe the exterior. For the dust filter, remove it and wash with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reinserting. Never immerse the heater in water.

What should I do if the heater doesn't turn on?

Check that the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Verify that the thermostat is set above room temperature. If the overheat protection has tripped, unplug the heater, let it cool for 30 minutes, then plug it back in. If still not working, contact support.

How do I set the timer on the TV 25?

Press the Timer button until the desired time (1-24 hours) appears on the display. The heater will run for that duration and then automatically switch off. You can adjust the timer at any time.

Is the TV 25 safe to leave unattended?

Yes, it has multiple safety features: overheat protection, tip-over switch, and a thermal fuse. However, never leave it unattended near flammable materials or in rooms with small children or pets.

What does the tip-over switch do?

If the heater accidentally tips over, the internal switch cuts off power immediately to prevent fire hazards. Simply stand it upright and press the reset button (if equipped) to resume operation.

Can I use the heater in a bathroom?

No, the TV 25 is not rated for wet rooms. It should only be used in dry indoor areas. Exposure to moisture can damage the unit and pose electrical risks.

How often should I clean the filter?

We recommend cleaning the washable dust filter every 2 weeks during regular use. A clogged filter reduces heating efficiency and may cause the heater to overheat.

What is the maximum area the TV 25 can heat?

The heater is suitable for rooms up to approximately 25 m² (270 sq ft) with standard insulation. Actual performance depends on room height, insulation, and ambient temperature.

Does the heater make noise?

The TV 25 operates very quietly thanks to a silent fan. The noise level is below 30 dB, comparable to a whisper. You will only hear a soft airflow sound.

To protect against a risk of fire or electric shock, basic precautions shall be taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:

1. Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the appliance label and that the socket is properly grounded. The outlet must be installed according to valid safety instructions.
2. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord is damaged. All repairs including cord replacements shall be performed by a professional service centre! Do not remove protective covers of the appliance, risk of electric shock!
3. Protect the device against direct contact with water and other liquids, to prevent potential electric shock.
4. The product is intended for household use only! Do not operate the hot air ventilator outdoors or in a moist environment and do not touch the cord or appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
5. Close supervision is necessary for operating the hot air ventilator near children!
6. Do not use the hot air ventilator near or under flammable objects, for example, near curtains. The temperature of surfaces near the hot air ventilator (90 cm) can be hotter than usual. Place the hot air ventilator out of reach of other objects to ensure sufficient air circulation needed for its proper operation. Do not cover the hot air ventilator vent!
7. Do not use this hot air ventilator with programming, timer, separate system of remote control or any other device that automatically switches the fan on, because there is a risk of fire if the fan is covered or located in a wrong place.
8. Do not use the fan close to a bathtub, shower or a pool!
9. Do not place the hot air ventilator on soft surfaces, such as a bed, sofa etc.
10. If an unusual smell or smoke begins to come from the device, disconnect the device immediately and visit a service centre.
11. Do not turn the device on or off by plugging or unplugging the power cord. Always turn the hot air ventilator off using the main switch; afterwards you may unplug the cord from the outlet!
12. Leaving the hot air ventilator cord connected to outlet unattended is not recommended. Disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet prior to performing maintenance. Do not pull the cord from the outlet by yanking the cord. Unplug the cord from the outlet by grasping the plug.
13. Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces or lead the cord over sharp edges.
14. Do not put your fingers or other objects into the openings of the hot air ventilator.
15. Use the hot air ventilator only in accordance with the instructions given in this manual. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by the improper use of this appliance.
16. Children younger than 3 years old should be prevented from access to the appliance unless they are constantly under supervision. Children aged 3 to 8 years old should switch on/off the appliance only if it was placed or installed in its intended normal operating position, and if they are supervised or instructed on the safe use of the product and understand the potential dangers. Children aged 3 to 8 years old may not insert the plug into the outlet, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user's maintenance.

WARNING:

To prevent overheating, do not cover the heater. The heater must not be placed directly under an outlet.

Do not immerse in water!

WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device for measuring the room temperature. Do not use the heater in small rooms occupied by individuals that are not capable of leaving the room without assistance, unless proper supervision is available.

CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Special attention has to be paid in the presence of children and handicapped people.

Requirements on installation

Place the hot air ventilator on a flat surface with a sufficient amount of space around the appliance to ensure the proper function of exhaust vents. Between the device and surrounding objects must be a distance of at least 90 cm.

USING THE APPLIANCE

This hot air ventilator uses hot air technology with temperature regulation. You can set the required output level by turning the function switch:

= off

= fan only

I = low 1000 W

II = higher output 2000 W

The red indicator light indicates the hot air ventilator has been turned on.

1. Turn the thermostat control clockwise to maximum.
2. When the required temperature in the room is reached, turn the thermostat control counterclockwise until you hear light click indicating that the thermostat is off. The hot air ventilator and indicator light is turned off.
3. The device now maintains the set room temperature. As soon as the room temperature drops, the hot air ventilator will automatically switch on and after reaching the desired room temperature, will again automatically switch off.

Safety thermal fuse

1. The device is also equipped with a safety thermal fuse, which automatically switches the device off if it experiences overheating.
2. In the event of overheating, switch the fan off using the function switch, unplug it and let cool at least 10 minutes. Afterwards, you may connect the device and turn it on again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the device and let it cool down before cleaning. Clean the outer surface of the hot air ventilator with a damp cloth. Do not use sharp or abrasive agents to clean the device, otherwise the surface can become damaged.

The hot air ventilator can be put away only after it has been properly turned off, disconnected from the outlet and cooled down.

Crveni indikator rada govori da li je uređaj uključen:

1. Okrenite termostatsku kontrolu temperature na maksimim.
2. Kada soba postigne željenu temperaturu, okrenite termostatsku kontrolu suprotno od kazaljke na satu dok ne čujete klik – termostat je isključen. Ventilator i indikatorsko svjetlo su uključeni.
3. Uređaj sada održava željenu temperaturu prostorije. Kada temperatura prostorije padne, ventilator će se automatski uključiti i kada soba postigne željenu temperaturu će se ponovno isključiti.

Sigurnosni termalni osigurač

1. Uređaj je opremljen s sigurnosnim termalnim osiguračem, koji automatski isključuje uređaj kada dođe do pregrijavanja.
2. U slučaju pregrijavanja, isklučite ventilator, isključite iz struje i ostavite ga da se ohladi barem 10 minuta. Nakon toga možete ponovno uključiti uređaj.

ČIŠĆENJE I ODRŽAVANJE

Prije čišćenja izvucite naponski kabel iz utičnice i pričekajte dok se grijalica potpuno ne ohladi. Površinu grijalice očistite vlažnom krpom (ukoliko je potrebno možete koristiti blagi deterdžent). Za čišćenje ne upotrebljavajte oštre predmete ni abrazivna sredstva za čišćenje jer možete oštetiti površinu grijalice

Grijalicu možete spremiti nakon što ju isključite pritiskom na glavni prekidač, izvučete naponski kabel iz utičnice te kada se potpuno ohladi.
