Important: The Meec Tools 011485 is a professional electric paint sprayer that must be purged before first use. The product has been factory tested with a preservative liquid that must be expelled before spraying your paint.

Step 1: Purging the preservative liquid

Ensure that the main switch is in the OFF position.
Place the end of the outlet hose into a suitable container.
Place the end of the suction hose into a grounded metal container partially filled with cleaning liquid (water for water-based paint, white spirit for oil-based paint).
Position the decompression lever vertically.
Press the manual valve several times to release the ball from the intake valve.
Turn the pressure adjustment knob to the lowest setting.
Set the switch to the start position. The pump starts and the liquid flows through the system.

Step 2: Installing parts and checking connections

Engage the trigger lock.
Assemble the nozzle by aligning the rubber seal and the metal seal in the nozzle guard with the nozzle itself.
