Checking the power supply and cable
Start by checking that the IEC power cable is properly connected to the AC Power Inlet on the back panel of the RS110A. Ensure that the power cord is correctly plugged into a functional wall outlet. Test this outlet by plugging in another device to confirm that it is supplying power. Also, inspect the power cable along its entire length for any cuts, wear, or visible damage, especially at the connectors. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced immediately with a compatible cable.

Checking the voltage selector
The back panel of the RS110A has a voltage selector. Depending on the model, it should be set to 110-120V or 220-240V according to your region.
