The client programming menu can only be activated by an installation technician, not directly by the user.

The Faema X20 has a client programming menu, but it is protected and disabled by default for security reasons. To access it, you need to:

Contact your installation technician or an authorized Faema technical service
The technician will activate the 'User Programming' item in the machine's configuration menu
Once activated by the technician, you will be able to access settings such as language, date/time, and recipe adjustments
