Positioning

ORemovethefourspacers«B»whichhavefall-enonthefloor.Gentlytilttheapplianceforward.

!Keepthetransportsecuringdevicesincase youneedtomovetheapplianceinfuture.
The appliances should only be removed with the transport securing devices in place. Tofitthem, removethe backpanel «D» from them machine and carry out the operations given above in reverse order.
Fixingtheappliance
!Theappliancemustbefirmlyfixedand settledonitsfourfeet,notrocking.
If necessary, level and stabilise the appliance using the adjustable feet.
○Loosenthelocknutsofthefet.
○Correcttheheightofthefet.
- Securelytightenthelocknutssothatthead-justmentsmadetothefeetcannotbealtered accidentally.
Connectingtothewatersupply(pic.3)
Thewaterinletrequiresacoldwaterinletpipeof thetypecommonlyusedinhomes(included;two pipesincaseofmodelsfeaturedforhotwater), withaminimumpressureof1bar.
If pressure is higher than 10 bar, a pressure-reducing valvemust be inserted between the appliance and the watersupply.
!Theapplianceshouldbeconnectedtothe watersupplyusingnewfeedpipes.Theold feedpipesshouldnotbereused.
!Donotconnecttheappliancetoamixertap withoutthepressureofaboiler!Ifindoubt, youshouldgetaspecialisttechniciantoassembleandconnecttheappliancetothewaterinletandoutletsupplies.
!Warning! The connectionsorcouplings between the appliance and the watersupply withstand them maximum pressure. Check that the circuit is watertight by turning the tap on fully!

Connectingtotheelectricitysupply

Removingstains
Whenstainsappear, they should be treated or removed immediately with soap and water. Do not rub vigorously on the clothing. Stain that are very stubborn dry sometimes only vanish after several washes.

Descalingtheappliance

Cleaningthedrum
Theruststainscausedbymetallicobjectsmust becleanedwithdetergentswhichdonotcontain chlorine(notethedescriptionofthecomponents appearingonthecontainer!).Neverusesteel wool!
Cleaningthedrainagepump
Cleaningisnecessary:
Of the pump is blocked by foreign material (buttons, fasteners, clips...) or if dirty water is not drained.
○Afterwashingfluffyitems.
Beforecleaningthepump, all water must be removed from inside the appliance. If the pump is obstructed as much as 20 litres of water may remain.
Procedure
OTurntheprogrammeselectorto« P—pa-ro».
- Removethefiltercoverfromthefrontofthe washingmachinebyinsertingascrewdriver intheupperslot.
○Riskofburning! Allow the used water to cooldown.
- Placeashallowcontainerunderthe drainagepumpcover(outletfilter).Loosen thecoverwithoutremovingitcompletely to allowthewatertoemptygradually.When thecontainerisfull,closethedrainage pumpcover.Repeatheoperationuntilall thewaterhasbeenemptied.Useasuitable clothtoremoveanyremainingwaterwhich mayspillonthefloor.
○Loosenthedrainagepumpcover completely.
ORemoveanyforeignmaterialorfluffwhich mayhavecollectedthere.Wipetheinside ofthepump.Thebladesmustmovefreely.
○Coilandfitthedrainagepumpcoverin place. Ensure that it is correctly closed.
○Fitthefiltercoverinplace.
OPour2litresofwaterintothedetergent drawerandstartthe« vaciado»additional programme.Thiswillpreventthedetergent frombeingflushedoutbeforebeingusedin thenextwash.
Cleaningthefiltersinthewaterinlet
Thefiltersinthewaterinletmustbecleaned when, with the apturnedon, now wateroronlya very small amount enter the appliance.
Thefiltersarelocatedinthehoseconnection whichjoinsthewaterinletpipetothemainstap, aswellasintheconnectionofthesolenoidvalve attherearoftheappliance.
Procedure
- Firstlyemptythewaterpressurefromthe inletpipe:
- Turnoffthetap.
- Settheprogrammeselectortoanywash programme(except centrifugado/vaciado).
- Press the «inicio ◆» button. Let it run for atleast1 minute.
- Turntheprogrammeselectorto «P-paro».
OUnscrewtheinletpipefromthetap.Rinse thefilterunderrunningwater.
○Screwthepipetothetapagain.
ORemovethewaterinletpipefromitsconnectionatthebackofthemachine.
ORemovethefilterbyusingsomeflat-nose pliers; cleanitandputitbackinitsposition.
○Attachthepipetoitscoupling.
OTurnonthetapandcheckthatthereareno waterleaks.
○Turnoffthetap.
Frostprotection

Drainthewaterfromtheinletpipe:
