Comment installer le pilote d'impression pour la Ricoh SP 4520DN ?

Téléchargez le pilote depuis le site Ricoh ou utilisez le CD fourni. Exécutez le fichier d'installation et suivez les instructions. Connectez l'imprimante via USB ou réseau Ethernet. Pour une installation réseau, assurez-vous que l'imprimante est sous tension et connectée au même réseau que l'ordinateur.

Que faire en cas de bourrage papier ?

Ouvrez le capot avant et retirez délicatement le papier coincé. Vérifiez le bac d'alimentation et le chemin papier. Si le bourrage persiste, ouvrez le capot arrière. Utilisez la poignée de déverrouillage pour accéder au rouleau de transfert. Référez-vous au schéma dans la notice.

Comment remplacer la cartouche de toner ?

Ouvrez le capot avant. Retirez l'ancienne cartouche en tirant sur la poignée. Déballez la nouvelle cartouche et secouez-la doucement pour répartir le toner. Insérez-la jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'enclenche. Fermez le capot. L'imprimante effectuera un cycle de calibrage.

L'imprimante n'imprime pas en réseau, que vérifier ?

Vérifiez que l'imprimante est sous tension et que le câble Ethernet est connecté. Imprimez une page de configuration (menu > imprimer configuration). Vérifiez l'adresse IP et assurez-vous qu'elle est dans le même sous-réseau que votre ordinateur. Testez la connexion avec la commande ping.

Comment configurer l'impression recto-verso automatique ?

Dans les paramètres d'impression de votre application, sélectionnez 'Recto-verso' ou 'Duplex'. Sur l'imprimante, le mode duplex est activé par défaut. Assurez-vous que le bac papier supporte le grammage pour l'impression recto-verso (56-162 g/m²).

Que signifie le message 'Toner épuisé' ?

La cartouche de toner est vide. Remplacez-la par une nouvelle cartouche Ricoh d'origine. Vous pouvez acheter un kit de maintenance (tambour + toner) pour une remise à neuf complète. Ne jetez pas l'ancienne cartouche dans la poubelle ordinaire, recyclez-la.

Comment imprimer depuis un smartphone ?

Téléchargez l'application Ricoh Smart Device Print & Scan sur votre smartphone. Assurez-vous que l'imprimante est connectée au même réseau Wi-Fi. Ouvrez l'application, sélectionnez l'imprimante SP 4520DN et choisissez le fichier à imprimer. Vous pouvez également utiliser AirPrint pour les appareils Apple.
