Comment ajuster la viscosité de la peinture ?

Utilisez le godet doseur fourni. Remplissez-le à ras bord et mesurez le temps d'écoulement en secondes (DIN-sec). Pour la plupart des peintures, la viscosité idéale se situe entre 16 et 35 DIN-sec selon le type. Ajoutez un diluant adapté si nécessaire.

Comment nettoyer le pistolet après utilisation ?

Débranchez l'appareil. Vaporisez du diluant ou de l'eau à travers le pistolet. Pour une protection antirouille, vaporisez ensuite de l'huile de machine à coudre. Ne jamais immerger le pistolet dans un liquide de nettoyage.

Quelles précautions de sécurité dois-je prendre ?

Portez un masque de protection respiratoire. Travaillez dans un endroit bien ventilé. Ne fumez pas et évitez les flammes nues. Ne vaporisez jamais sur des personnes ou des animaux. Débranchez toujours l'appareil avant toute intervention.

Comment régler le jet de pulvérisation ?

Le jet se règle à l'aide du bouton de régulation situé sur le pistolet. Ajustez jusqu'à obtenir un jet fin et régulier, sans formation de gouttes. Commencez et terminez la pulvérisation en dehors de la zone à peindre.

Puis-je utiliser des peintures inflammables ?

Non, il est strictement interdit de pulvériser des liquides inflammables ou explosifs. Respectez les consignes de sécurité : pas de flammes nues, ne fumez pas, et travaillez dans un environnement exempt de gaz.

Que faire si la buse se bouche ?

Débranchez l'appareil. Démontez la buse et nettoyez-la avec un diluant adapté à l'aide de la buse de nettoyage fournie. Vérifiez également la soupape d'aspiration et le piston.

Comment démonter le pistolet pour un nettoyage en profondeur ?

Débranchez l'appareil. Dévissez la vis de fixation, retirez l'ensemble de pompe vers le bas. Dévissez la buse, retirez la soupape d'aspiration, le piston et le ressort. Nettoyez chaque pièce séparément.

Quelle est la différence entre les buses 0,6 mm et 0,8 mm ?

La buse de 0,6 mm produit un jet plus fin pour les peintures peu visqueuses et les finitions précises. La buse de 0,8 mm convient aux peintures plus épaisses et aux surfaces plus grandes. Choisissez en fonction de la viscosité du produit.

Comment mesurer la viscosité avec le godet doseur ?

Remplissez le godet doseur jusqu'au bord. Mesurez le temps d'écoulement complet en secondes. Ce temps correspond aux DIN-secondes. Reportez-vous au tableau des valeurs indicatives pour ajuster la dilution.

Comment entretenir le pistolet pour éviter la rouille ?

Après chaque nettoyage, vaporisez de l'huile de machine à coudre à travers le pistolet. Cela lubrifie les pièces internes et les protège contre la corrosion. Rangez l'appareil dans un endroit sec.

• When working in closed rooms, ensure good ventilation
• Explosion hazard! No naked flame in the working area
• Do not smoke!
• Do not spray any flammable or explosive liquids
• Never aim the spray jet at people or animals
• The spray gun must not be used in an environment where gases are present or can develop

WORKING INFORMATION

DIN-Sec / viscosity

The Parkside PFSPS 150 spray gun can be used for the application of up to maximum 100 DIN-sec. (viscosity). The viscosity can be determined with a simple measuring procedure using the supplied measuring beaker.

1.) Fill the measuring beaker full to the brim.
2.) Measure the efflux time in seconds.
3.) This time is termed DIN-seconds.

Preparation of material to be sprayed

Commercially available lacquers, paints and varnishes are usually adjusted for brushing and not for spraying. For a correct working result, the viscosity of the lacquers, paints and varnishes should be adjusted according to DIN guidelines (see table).

The necessary dilution can be achieved using suitable thinner.

1.) Mix undiluted product well at 20^
2.) Add suitable thinner
3.) Check viscosity as described above -- see Fig. C --

Never adjust synthetic paint with diluent for cellulose lacquers!

Spraying

The surface to be sprayed must be clean, dry and free from grease.

Observe the safety information

1.) Spray jet regulation -- see Fig. A --. The jet is correctly adjusted when no drops form and the spray is fine and regular.
2.) Do not switch the spray gun on/off over the spraying area, but start and end spraying about 10cm outside the spraying area.

3.) Spray as shown in Fig. D.

• Move the spray gun parallel with the surface - do not move from side to side.
• Move the spray gun at a constant speed.
• Apply the material as thinly as possible
• The paint coats need to dry before the next coat is applied crosswise -- see Fig. E --.

4.) Do not empty the tank completely as this will produce drips!

Maintenance and cleaning - General information

1.) Disconnect the mains plug, also when working on the gun and when the gun is not in use.
2.) Spray thinner or water through the spray gun after each use.
3.) Spray sewing machine oil through the spray gun after cleaning for protection against rust.
4.) Never immerse the spray gun in cleaning agent

Maintenance and cleaning - Special information

1.) Disconnect the mains plug, also when working on the gun and when the gun is not in use.
2.) Unscrew locking screw 5 -- see Fig. B --
3.) Remove pump unit downwards.
4.) Unscrew nozzle 4, remove valve 7.
5.) Remove piston 10 and spring 9 from the spray gun.
6.) Clean the components 4, 7, 9, 10.

Environmental compatibility and material disposal

• Paints, varnishes and lacquers are special waste and must be disposed of accordingly.
• Observe the local regulations.
• Follow the manufacturer's directions.
• Environmentally harmful chemicals must be prevented from entering the soil, groundwater and lakes, rivers or canals.
• Spraying in the area of lakes, rivers or canals or surrounding areas (catchment area) is therefore forbidden
• When purchasing paints, lacquers and varnishes, it must be ensured that these are environmentally compatible.
