To reset your Bushnell Ion Edge to factory settings, follow these steps:

From the home screen, press the Power/Menu button (orange button). If you are in PLAY GOLF mode, first press Power/Menu and select EXIT ROUND to return to the home screen
Go to the SETTINGS menu
Select the RESET DEVICE option
Press Reset
Select DEFAULT SETTINGS
Confirm your choice by tapping on the screen

This operation only resets your custom settings: time, language, distance units (yards/meters), alarms, and sound. Firmware data and your saved game data (scores, downloaded courses) remain unchanged and are not affected by this reset.
